Kebbe is a traditional Middle East dish cooked of lamb meat, wheat flour 

and spices cut together for getting a base for hollow rolls. Rolls are filled 

and deep fried.
You can make different delicacies trying various fillings.
•  Press  the  head  fasten  button  (3)  and  insert  the  removable  head  (7)  into 

the  hole  (4)  on  the  body  as  shown  in  Fig.1.  (note  the  tilt  of  the  work  head 

according to the pointer at the top).

•  Then turn the work head counterclockwise until it locks in place (Fig. 2).
•  Insert the screw (8) into the removable head (7) and turn it until the screw is 

fully secured in the working head (Fig.3).

•  Install  the  «Kebbe»  attachments    (14).  Make  sure  that  the  protrusions  on 

attachment (14) coincide with the grooves in the body of the working head 

of the meat grinder (7) (Fig. 8).

•  Install the fixing ring (12) by turning it clockwise without dragging it (Fig. 9). 
•  Place the removable tray (6) on the top of the work head (7).
•  Lay out a complete basis for the shell on the tray for the products (6).
•  Make sure the «On/Off/Reverse» switch (ON/ O /R) (1) is in the "0" position.
•  Plug the mains plug into an electrical outlet. 
•  Turn the meat grinder on with the "ON/O/R" switch (1) by setting it to "ON".
•  Use the pusher (5) to feed the shell base.
•  Use a knife to cut off the finished tubes of the required length.
•  As  soon  as  you  are  finished,  turn  off  the  appliance  by  turning  the  "ON/

O/R"  switch  (1)  to  "O",  disconnect  it  from  the  mains,  and  only  then  start 

disassembling the meat grinder

Making sausages

•  Prepare the minced meat.
•  Press  the  head  fasten  button  (3)  and  insert  the  removable  head  (7)  into 

the  hole  (4)  on  the  body  as  shown  in  Fig.1.  (note  the  tilt  of  the  work  head 

according to the pointer at the top).
