The multicooker lid (8)
can’t be closed.

The silicone gasket or protection
screen (7) is installed improperly.

Remove the protection screen
(7), check whether the silicone
gasket is installed properly.

The blocking system valve (9) is
blocked in the upper position.

Remove the object blocking the
valve (9).

The pressure in the
multicooker has been
released, but the lid (8)
can not be opened.

The blocking system valve (9) has
not moved to the lower position.

Press the valve (9) and set it
down.

Steam is released from
under the lid (8) during
cooking.

The silicone gasket is not installed
on the protection screen (7).

Switch off the unit, release the
pressure in the multicooker,
open the lid (8). Place the
silicone gasket on the protection
screen (7).

The silicone gasket is very dirty.

Clean the silicone gasket.

The silicone gasket is damaged.

Replace the silicone gasket.

The lid (8) is not closed tightly.

Close the lid (8) tightly.

Air comes out through the
blocking system valve (9).

The valve (9) is dirty.

Switch the multicooker off,
remove the lid (8) and clean the
valve (9).

The silicone ring of the blocking
system valve (9) is damaged.

Replace the silicone ring of the
valve (9).

The blocking system valve
(9) does not go up.

The pressure control valve (11) is
installed improperly.

Make sure that the valve is
installed properly.

Not enough ingredients or liquid for
steam generation.

Follow the recommendations for
amount of products and liquid in
the bowl (6).
