Opening the lid (8)

AT TENTION! If you use the unit as a pressure 
cooker (increased pressure in the unit bowl), 
strictly follow the recommendations below. 
Never  bend  over  the  lid  and  expose  open 
parts  of  your  body  above  the  valves  (9  and 
11).  Be  very  careful,  the  released  steam  is 
very hot! 

– 

Relieve  pressure  in  the  unit  bowl  by  pressing 
the button (12). You can also switch the unit off 
and  unplug  it,  as  the  ready  food  cools  down, 
the  pressure  inside  the  unit  will  decrease, 
while  steam  will  go  out  less  intensively.  It  is 
recommended to decrease pressure this way 
when  cooking  vegetables,  milk  porridges  or 
foaming products.

When no more steam is released, remove the 
lid (8) by turning it so that the mark

 on the 

body is opposite the mark 

 on the lid. 

– 

Put on potholders and remove the bowl (6).

MORE TIPS
«Yogurt» Program 

– 

Pour  milk  and  leaven  into  the  cups  (25)  (see 
the Recipe book). 

Note:

 Use natural yogurt with minimum shelf-life 

free of additives and coloring agents as a leaven. 
You  can  make  leaven  by  yourself  from  special 
bacteria leaven (you can buy it in a drugstore or 
in  health  food  stores)  following  the  instructions 
attached.

Place the filled cups (25) without the lids into 
the bowl (6).

– 

Place  the  bowl  (6)  into  the  process  cham-
ber,  select  the  “Yogurt”  program  and  set  the 
required  cooking  time  (see  “Using  the  multi-
cooker”).

– 

Cover the cups with ready yogurt with lids and 
put  them  into  the  fridge  for  several  hours  to 
stop bacteria growth.

– 

You can add fruit, jam and honey to the ready 
natural yogurt. 

CLEANING AND CARE

Disconnect  the  power  cord  from  the  mains  and 
let the unit cool down. Pour the condensed water 
out of the drip container (20) after every usage of 
the multicooker.

•

Wipe  the  unit  body  (1)  and  the  lid  (8)  with  a 
damp cloth. 

•

Wash  all  the  removable  parts  including  the 
cooking  bowl  with  a  soft  sponge  and  a  neu-
tral detergent, then rinse under running water.

•

Do not place the cooking bowl (6) in the dish-
washing machine.

•

To  clean  the  lid  (8)  fully,  perform  the  follow-
ing steps:

– 

remove the protection screen (7) from the 
lid,

– 

remove  the  silicone  gasket  from  the  pro-
tection screen and wash thoroughly, 

– 

pull  up  the  valve  (11)  and  remove  it  from 
the lid (8), wash it,  

– 

wash  the  lid  (8)  thoroughly,  especially 
focusing  on  the  valve  with  the  blocking 
system  (9)  and  the  opening  of  the  valve 
(11),

– 

dry  all  the  parts  fully  and  install  back  to 
their places. 

•

Wipe the surface of the heating element (only 
when it is cold) with a soft slightly damp cloth, 
do not allow water to get inside the unit body.

•

Do not immerse the unit body, power cord and 
power plug into water or any other liquids.

•

Wipe the unit body with a damp cloth and then 
wipe dry. Do not use abrasive and aggressive 
detergents  for  washing  the  unit  and  acces-
sories.

•

Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool 
place.
