Set the indicator of pressure regulator in such a way that it stays on the caption "CLOSE".
•
The device can be used without setting up the pressure regulator in the position "CLOSE". In that case, it will work without
pressure and the cooking process will take more time.
•
Only programs "YOGHURT" and "FRYING" are intended for use without pressure with the lid open.
•
Turn the power on whereafter the lights on control panel will light up.
•
You don't need to set the time and pressure value. When you choose any program, all settings will be applied automatically.

OPERATION
MENU
•
To choose the cooking program press the button "MENU" on the control panel. At that, the light indication of a chosen
program will be lighting.
•
When the program was chosen, predefined cooking time will be shown on the display "COOKING TIME".
TIMER
•
The button "TIMER" is designed to change the time of operation according to the recipe. At that, the set time will be shown
on the display "COOKING TIME".
START DELAY
•
This function serves to delay the start of cooking.
•
Choose the appropriate cooking program by means of the button "MENU". Set the time delay by means of the button
"START DELAY". The maximum delay time is 24 hours. At that, the delay time will be shown on the display "START
DELAY".
START/CANCEL
•
When all the settings were chosen, press the button "START/CANCEL". The device will start working. To stop cooking, press
the button "START/CANCEL" again. When the cooking is finished, programs will go to the warm up mode, except the
program "YOGHURT". Maximum warming time is 60 min.
COMPLETION
•
When the work is completed and the inner pressure will be on its maximal level, a special floater inside the lid will be going
up and block it (the floater is not visible).
•
Wait for 5-7 minutes to decrease the pressure and temperature (the time depends on what meal and what amount of meal
was prepared).
•
In 5-7 minutes the floater will go down and you can open the lid.
•
The alternate method will let you save time and evacuate the steam by yourself.
It is not recommended to use this
method for your own safety.
•
When the cooking is finished, you can move the pressure regulator in the position "OPEN". Then open the lid.
•
WARNING!
Do not use hands!
You can use the wooden turner instead.
•
WARNING! Beware of the steam. Keep your hands and face away to avoid burns.
•
WARNING! You have to be very careful and turn the regulator only using the cook gloves, because the steam will escape not
only through the pressure control valve, but also through the pressure regulator.
