INSTRUCTION MANUAL 

•

The universal cooker provides sixteen cooking 
programs. The detailed description of cooking 
programs and adjustments is given in Recipe Book.

•

Press "МЕНЮ (MENU)" button as many times as 
required to select respective cooking program. At 
that, the pointer will be shown near the selected 
program, and the preset time of cooking for the 
selected program will be displayed.

•

Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set cooking time 
according to the Recipe Book. The cooking time 
adjustment ranges for each program are given in the 
table on page 4.

•

To begin operation, press the "СТАРТ (START)" 
button.

•

After completion of operation, the universal cooker 
automatically switches to warming up mode.

DELAY FUNCTION 

•

This function allows you to start cooking at 
predefined time.

•

To set this function, press the "ОТСРОЧКА (DELAY)" 
button, and set the desired start delay time, using 
"+" and "-" buttons. The display will show the time at 
which the program should stop.

•

Then use the "МЕНЮ (MENU)" button to select the 
required cooking program.

•

To begin operation, press the "СТАРТ (START)" 
button.

PREHEAT/OFF FUNCTION

•

If needed, press the "ПОДОГРЕВ/ВЫКЛ (PREHEAT/
OFF)" button to suspend the cooking process.

•

The preheat function operates in automatic mode 
and starts only after the cooking process is finished.

•

The maximum heating time is 1 hour (except the 
yoghurt program). At that, the temperature inside 
the universal cooker shall not exceed 60

•

This function may be used to preheat foods. To use 
this function, put the food you want to preheat inside 
the cooker bowl, and press the "ПОДОГРЕВ/ВЫКЛ 
(PREHEAT/OFF)"  button. At that, the heating time 
will be displayed.

YOGHURT MAKER

•

The delivery set of the universal cooker includes five 
cans for yoghurt.

•

Before initial use wash the jars thoroughly with warm 
soapy water, and wipe dry.

•

To prepare five jars of yoghurt you will need milk 
(800ml) and yeast (1 g).

•

Place the jars filled with yoghurt premix on the 
support located inside the universal cooker bowl.

•

The cooking time depends on the desirable 
thickness of yoghurt (5 to 8 hours).

•

The detailed description of yoghurt cooking is given 
in the Recipe Book.

STEAM COOKER

•

Use wire rack for STEAM COOKER program. Pour 
water in the pot, put food products on the rack and 
place the wire rack into the pot.

•

For convenience, you can use the spoon cradle. 
Fasten the cradle to the universal cooker housing.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

•

The device needs to be cleaned regularly; remove 
all of the food residue from the surface of the 
multicooker 

•

Before cleaning turn off the multicooker and unplug 
it from the socket. Let the device cool off completely.
