Dial is rotated back to the 'OFF' position, the LCD screen will display '0:00'.Shut off automatically after continuous 
working for 10 minutes. The machines has been designed to shut off automatically ater it work continuously for 10 
minutes. When you are busy in cooking and forget to turn if off when use the device, this design could assure the 
safety during your use .            

Care and Cleaning                                       

Please ensure that the Switch Knob is at “OFF” position and that the plug has been 

disconnected from the socket before cleaning! 

1.  After use, allow the device to cool down before you start to clean it. 
2.  Use a moist cloth and a mild detergent to clean the exterior of the device. 
3.  DO NOT use any abrasive detergents or alcohol when cleaning the interior and exterior of bowl cover,. 
4.  DO NOT wash or immerse the mixer head and mixer base in water or any other liquid.Clean wih a soft,damp 

cloth and dry thoroughly.Do not allow water or any liquid to enter the gear system as damage may result. 

5.  The dough beater, egg whisk and mixer beater are NOT dishwasher safe. The accessories should only be 

cleaned in warm water and washing-up liquid. 

6.  The mixing bowl is dishwasher safe. The bowl can also be cleaned with warm water and washing-up liquid. DO 

NOT use any abrasive detergents. 

7.  The blender jar and blades can be cleaned with warm water and washing-up liquid.Do not use any abrasive 

detergents. 

8.  Ensure that the attachments are not soaked in water for extended periods of time,for example several hours or 

overnight,as this may damage their finish. 

Storage

1. The Mixer should be kept in a convenient position on your kitchen bench top or in an accessible cupboard. 
2. Ensure the power cord is unplugged and the Speed Control Dial is in the 'OFF' position. 
3. Insert the mixing bowl into the Bowl Locking Recess and securely lock into place. 
4. To lock the motor head, make sure the head is completely down. Ensure the small knob is on LOCK position 
by turn it in the direction of the arrow 
5. The mixer head cannot be taken off the mixer base for any purpose
