  Take out the required length of cable from the cable tidy on the base of the device and connect the device 

to the mains supply. 

z

  All parts of the stand mixer are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the first time.

1.Mount the jar sealing ring onto the blade base ,and Mount the blade base into the jar base, and the inside ring 
of jar base is tighten on jar base as far as fixed the blade base tightly. 
2.After putting the ingredients in the jar, fix the lid onto the jar by pressing down. 
3.Insert the Measuring cup into the opening of the lid, and tune it in anticlockwise direction until it is locked. 
4.Mount the jar with jar unit onto the main base, and tune the jar in anticlockwise direction until the jar is locked.

1.To open the upper housing cover (4), using the small knob (7). Fig.2 Fig.3    

2. To attach the mixing bowl, ensure the control speed on OFF. Place the mixing bowl (11) on the device plate, 
and turn the mixing bowl unit in

anticlockwise direction until it is fixed. Fig.4                                                       

3. To attach the dough blade (12) or the eggs whisk (10) or the mixer blade (13) on the blade connector, rotate 
the blade shaft clockwise until it engages firmly. Fig.5                                   

4. To lock the motor head, make sure the head is completely down. Ensure the small knob is on LOCK position 
by turn it in the direction of the arrow (on the machine). Fig.6   Fig.7 
5. To operate speed control, it should always be set lowest speed for starting, then move to the desired speed 
for work. Position “P” is used for short time high speed usage.
