How long to use a massager

The general recommenda on of the massage session is 15 minutes. 
A minimum use of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2-3 minutes for a single muscle group. But,it is 
possible and longer if you feel the need to work out a certain area be er. 
For  example,  a  trigger  point  or  area  with  muscle  spasm.  30  seconds  is  needed  to  ac vate  the 
muscles before star ng the workout. This will awaken muscles and nerve fibers, preparing them 
for load. 15 seconds to reac vate muscles during training. 
A small use of impulse recharges the muscles and slows down fa gue. 
2  minutes  to  relieve  pain  and  recover  from  workout,  or  a  si ng  working  day.  Or  for  outside  of 
training work on a  red, wearing and stressed muscle group. 
About  15  minutes  on  a  course  of  12  weeks  for  intense  control  of  signs  and  various  stages  of 
cellulite.

Examine the massager. Make sure that there are no damages on the device and USB wire.

Charge the device with a USB cable. Disconnect the device from the charger before star ng 
use.

Install  the  nozzle  required  for  massage  (differ  in  the  shape  and  rigidity  of  the  material) 
Important! Remove and install nozzles only on the off massager.
