PREPARATION OF DIRECT ACCESS MILK COFFEES
The stages of preparation of the drink:
- Preheating phase to froth the milk
- Bean grinding
- Compaction of the grinding
- Percolation
Possible settings
You can:
- Prepare 2 cups at the same time by first pressing on “x2”.
- Vary the strength of your coffee using the Aroma + and the grinding setting button.
- Save the drink made by pressing on “
Fav” once the drink is made.
- Adjust the coffee volume
- Adjust the length of time for frothing the milk
Making a milk coffee (see 6. Starting a milk recipe)
- Connect the milk tube to the right side of the “One Touch Cappuccino” block.
- Immerse the other end of the tube (slanted side) in a container filled with milk or directly in your milk bottle or
milk pot (according to model).
- Before starting your recipe, connect the product and press on the desired recipe.
- The preparation begins with frothing the milk, except for with Caffe Latte
You can adjust your frothing time using the navigation buttons
which allow the quantity of milk
and froth to be varied.
- This process continues with the flow of coffee
You can adjust your volume of coffee using the navigation buttons
if you wish.
- Your drink is ready.

Important:
In order to obtain identical froth each time, we recommend you to carefully
clean the tube and its connector AFTER EACH USE. Also, the machine is
to be rinsed after making the milk drink or when the machine is turned off.
You can also start rinsing the milk system (
see 7. Rinsing on request of the milk system or the
coffee circuit -10s
).
Milk rinsing
The screen indicates “Milk” at the end of each preparation.
-Press
to perform rinsing.
- Clean the milk tube and the nozzle with hot water (clean after each use).
- For best results, it is advised to clean the "One Touch Cappuccino" removable block regularly (
see 9. Manual
cleaning of the milk system
).
