It is the failure of heat release fan motor. 

(It cannot be seen from outside.)

Though cooling operation will be continued, the cooling 

    performance may deteriorate.

Although operation is accepted from the control panel even 

    when this error is displayed, the error display will return when 

    it goes back to normal display.

Followings are not defects during production. You can use them normally.

Is water, oil, or something attached to 

the control panel or your finger?

Close the door first to operate the panel.
Wipe it off before operating the panel.

Touch the keys with your bare hand.

Is some sticker or tape attached to the 

control panel?

Remove the sticker or tape before 

using the panel.

Are you operating the right place in the 

control key?

Make sure to press the center of the 

control key.
Press the panel a little bit longer.

Are you pressing the panel long enough for it to respond?

Are food with strong smells stored 

without wrapping or for a long period?

We recommend use of a plastic wrap.

It is impossible to remove all odors even by the deodorizing mode. The vegetable 

compartment is not deodorized because the cool air does not enter the compartment directly.

Sometimes, you may smell ozone, which is generated from Plasmacluster.

The concentration of ozone is so small and will not harm human health.

Ozone will also decompose soon, and therefore, it will not fill the compartment.

The odor sources may be attached inside the refrigerator. Wipe the inside with 

a wet cloth wrung tightly.

If water remains in the evaporating pan (which 

cannot be seen from outside) inside the 

refrigerator, it may become spilled on the floor.
