(Deep freezing / Hot food freezing / Express freezing)
Switching the freezing mode
You can set food freezing mode as necessary.
Hot food freezing and express freezing are automatically completed. (Returns
to normal freezing)
How to place food (case of Hot food / Express)
Put the food on a stainless tray of freezer compartment (upper).
When food is hot, be spaced between 5cm or more from other food.
Completes after 1 ~ 4 hours or so.

It is unable to select the Hot Food freezing and Express freezing at the same time.
•
During Express ice making, it is unable to to select Hot Food freezing and
Express freezing.
(Cancel express ice making or wait for its completion. After that, you
can select the mode.)

There are 3 modes you can choose as shown below.
You can freeze hot food.
(60°C or less)
High-quality frozen foods can be made by using
this mode and is convenient for home-freezing.
Store the food in the freezer compartment (lower) with lower
temperature to keep its freshness and tasty components.
This is done in the freezer compartment (upper).

The required time will depend on the ambient temperature.
•
Express freezing may require more than 4 hours in the case
operation overlaps with defrosting for the cooling unit as operation
is started after defrosting is completed.

Do not put the food of the temperature not to be able to have by hand (more than 60°C).
(Damaging the other food, burns or container deformation may occur as a result.)

Food with high-moisture should be stored in an airtight container or a plastic bag.
And then, they should be properly sealed or covered tightly.
(Frost or dew condensation may cause inside of the refrigerator.)
In Hot Food freezing
As a default, this mode is set to “OFF”.
• The final temperature is approx. -23°C. (This is when the ambient
temperature is 30°C without food or door
opening/closing.)
It may fluctuate depending on the using conditions including door
opening/closing frequency and installed condition.
• Rapidly cool the freezer compartment just before automatic
defrost operation or after door opening/ closing to prevent extra
temperature rise.
