  I parametri della cottura MANUALE devono  

essere completamente impostati dall’utente:

  - tipo di cottura

 - 

temperatura

- durata della cottura

- fine cottura

- impostazioni termosonda.

Procedura di utilizzo - impostazione dei parametri 

(fig. 19-20)

:

Se si desidera utilizzare la termosonda, inse-
rirla nella pietanza da cuocere (

fig. 20a

) prima 

di iniziare la cottura, successivamente, anche 

a cottura iniziata,  impostare i parametri relativi alla 
temosonda (temperatura e tempo - vedi 

fig. 20b).

:

 attiva le diverse resistenze della cavità 

del forno per ottenere risultati di cottura 
diversi a seconda della pietanza da cuocere 

(consultare “Tabella simbologie per tipo di 
cottura” pag. 22)

EMPERATURA

: imposta la temperatura di cottura, il valore 

di default è 180°C, variabile a piacere con i tasti 
“+” e “-”  (range 50°-250°C).

URATA

: imposta la durata di cottura, il valore di default 

è “OFF”, in questa impostazione il forno fun-
ziona in modo continuativo per un massimo 
di 4 ore dopo le quali, in assenza di intervento, 
si spegne automaticamente. Per impostare la 
durata della cottura premere  “+” o “-” (da un 
minimo di 1 minuto a un massimo di 4 ore).

:

 indica l’ora in cui si desidera che la pie-

tanza sia pronta. Se impostiamo un orario, 
il forno non si avvierà allo “START” ma suc-
cessivamente, in base alla durata di cottura 
impostata e all’ora in cui si desidera che la 
pietanza sia pronta.

Es. durata di cottura impostata: 

1 ora e 30 

minuti,

 fine cottura impostata: 

13:00 

(ora in cui 

si desidera pronta la pietanza)

 -> il forno inizierà 

automaticamente la cottura alle ore 

11:30

Il valore di default è “OFF”, con questa im-
postazione il forno inizierà subito la cottura 
senza nessun ritardo. L’ora in cui si desidera 
che il cibo sia pronto è variabile a piacere con 
i tasti “+” o “-” (da un minimo di 1 minuti dopo 
a un massimo di 24 ore).

  The MANUAL cooking parameters must be 

completely set by the user:

  - cooking type

 - 

temperature

- cooking time

- cooking end time

- temperature probe settings.

  On page 21  you will find a table with approxi-

mate cooking times and temperatures.

Operating procedure - setting the parameters (fig. 
19-20):

If you would like to use the temperature probe, 
insert it in the food to be cooked (fig. 20a) before 
starting the cooking and then, even after cook-

ing has started, set the parameters regarding the tem-
perature probe (temperature and time- see fig. 20b).

:

 activates the various heating elements 

of the oven cavity to obtain different cooking 
results according to the foods being cooked (see 
“Cooking type symbols table” on page 22).

EMPERATURE

: set the cooking temperature, the default 

value is 180°C; this variable can be set as 
desired with the “+” and “-” buttons (range: 
50°-250°C).

:  set the cooking time, the default value is 

“OFF”; with this setting the oven operates con-
tinuously for a maximum of 4 hours after which, 
if no intervention is made, the oven switches off 
automatically. To set the cooking time, press  
“+” or “-” (from a minimum of 1 minute to a 
maximum of 4 hours).

TIME

: indicate the time at which you would 

like the food to be ready. If we set a time, the 
oven will not start when “START ” is pressed 
but later, based on the cooking time set and 
the time at which you would like the food to 
be ready.

Example: cooking time set: 

1 hour and 30 

minutes

, cooking end time set: 

13:00

which you would like the food to be ready) -> 
the oven will automatically start cooking at 

11:30

The default value is “OFF”; with this setting the 
oven will immediately begin cooking without 
any delay. The time at which you would like the 
food to be ready can be varied as desired using 
the “+” or “-” buttons (from a minimum of 1 
minute later up to a maximum of 24 hours).
