Per garantire la sicurezza dell’utente, il softwa-
re è configurato in modalità dimostrativa 
“Demo mode”. Gli elementi riscaldanti del forno 

sono disattivati; questa precauzione protegge l’utente 
dal rischio di scottature accidentali prima dell’utilizzo 
iniziale. Si raccomanda di disattivare la modalità dimo-
strativa (per la procedura vedi fig. 18) solo dopo aver 
consultato l’intero libretto di istruzioni e compreso il 
corretto funzionamento dell’apparecchiatura.

La prima accensione deve avvenire con il 

forno vuoto, alla massima temperatura per 
circa 60 minuti. Durante questo tempo il forno 

potrebbe emettere fumo e odori sgradevoli: questo 
è dovuto alla combustione dei grassi utilizzati per la 
lavorazione in fabbrica dello stesso, arieggiare i loca-
li. Lasciare raffreddare completamente la cavità a 
porta chiusa e pulire accuratamente il frontale, gli 
accessori e l’interno della cavità con le modalità indi-
cate nel capitolo dedicato.

Un ventilatore tangenziale di raffreddamento si 
avvia automaticamente durante la cottura: esso 
ha la funzione di raffreddare le superfici del forno 

e di eliminare la normale formazione di vapore all’interno 
della cavità. Dopo lo spegnimento dell’apparecchiatura 
il ventilatore rimane in funzione finchè il forno si raffred-
da evitando così il surriscaldamento del mobile.

Nei modelli con apertura porta automatica, 
delle protezioni termiche in silicone poste all’ 
interno della porta evitano pericolose scottatu-

re 

(per dettagli vedi fig. 15b).

In caso di blackout il sistema mantiene tutte le 
impostazioni , escluse quelle relative alla cottura 
in corso. Se il forno era in funzionamento “cottu-

ra AUTOMATICA”, al ripristino della corrente compare sul 
display la richiesta relativa a continuare la cottura in 
funzione MANUALE

Trascorse 4 ore dall’inizio della cottura manuale, 
a condizione che quest’ultima non sia stata inter-
rotta, il forno si spegne automaticamente a meno 

che l’utente non voglia proseguire la cottura 

(fig. 8)

 USEFUL INFORMATION

In order to guarantee the safety of  the user, the 
software is configured with the demonstrative 
modality “Demo mode”. This means the heating 

elements are deactivated, preventing the risk of acciden-
tal burning before the first use. It is recommended that 
you only deactivate the demonstrative modality (see fig. 
18) when you have read the whole manual thoroughly 
and understand how to use the appliance correctly.

The oven must be empty when lit for the first 
time, and it should be set at maximum tem-
perature for about 60 minutes. During this time 

the oven may emit smoke or unpleasant odours (due to 
the burning of the grease used in the factory processing 
of the oven), so the room should be aired well during its 
operation. Allow the oven cavity to cool completely with 
the door closed and thoroughly clean the front panel, 
accessories and interior of the cavity following the pro-
cedures indicated in the respective chapter.

A tangential cooling fan starts automatically 
during cooking in order to cool the oven sur-
faces and eliminate the normal formation of 

steam inside the cavity. After the appliance has been 
switched off the fan remains in operation until the oven 
cools, thus preventing the cabinet from overheating.

In models with automatic door opening, silicone 
thermal protections located inside the door pre-
vent dangerous burns (for details, see fig. 15b).

In the event of a blackout, the system maintains 
all the settings except for those regarding the 
cooking in progress. If the oven was operating in 
the “AUTOMATIC cooking” mode, when power is 

restored the request regarding continuation of cooking 
in MANUAL mode appears on the display (fig. 7).

Four (4) hours after manual cooking has been 
started, provided that the manual cooking has not 
been interrupted, the oven switches off automati-

cally unless the user desires to continue cooking (fig. 8).
