The appliance is 

dispensing water 

without heating it up.

The over temperature 

 protection is enabled.

1. 

Use the key to reset the failure. For this you have to remove 

the water tank. See figure 

A

 on page 3. Use this key to press 

the “RESET” button on the housing. 

2. 

Proceed as described under chapter “Operation”.

The discharged 

water is too hot. 

Water at a high temperature 

has been discharged imme-

diately before. The heating 

element has not yet sufficiently 

cooled down. 

•  Wait about 5 to 10 minutes for the heating element to cool 

down. 

• 

You may accelerate this process by dispensing about 300 ml 

of cold water from the appliance once.
