Wichtige Hinweise

• Belastbarkeit beträgt max. 50 kg (110 lb),

Einteilung 10 g (0,02 lb).

• Sie sollten die Waage vor Stößen, Feuchtigkeit, Staub,

Chemikalien, starken Temperaturschwankungen und zu

nahen Wärmequellen (Öfen, Heizungskörper) schützen.

• Reinigung: Sie können die Waage mit einem ange-

feuchteten Tuch reinigen, auf das Sie bei Bedarf etwas

Spülmittel auftragen können. Tauchen Sie die Waage

niemals in Wasser. Spülen Sie sie auch niemals unter

fließendem Wasser ab.

• Die Genauigkeit der Waage kann durch starke elektro-

magnetische Felder (z. B. Mobiltelefone) beeinträchtigt

werden.

• Die Waage ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz vor-

gesehen.

• Reparaturen dürfen nur vom Kundenservice oder

Händlern durchgeführt werden.

Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am

Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem Hausmüll ent-

sorgt werden.
Die Entsorgung kann über entsprechende Sammel-

stellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen. Entsorgen Sie das

Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Altgeräte

EG-Richtlinie – WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electro-

nic Equipment).
Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie sich an die für die Entsor-

gung zuständige kommunale Behörde.
Verpackung umweltgerecht entsorgen.

Garantie/Service

Wir leisten 5 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum für Material-

und Fabrikationsfehler des Produktes. Die Garantie gilt

nicht:

• Im Falle von Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßer Bedie-

nung beruhen.

• Für Verschleißteile.

• Bei Eigenverschulden des Kunden.

• Sobald das Gerät durch eine nicht autorisierte Werk-

statt geöffnet wurde.

Die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungen des Kunden bleiben

durch die Garantie unberührt. Für Geltendmachung eines

Garantiefalles innerhalb der Garantiezeit ist durch den

Kunden der Nachweis des Kaufes zu führen. Die Garantie

ist innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 5 Jahren ab Kaufda-

tum gegenüber der Beurer GmbH, Ulm (Germany) gel-

tend zu machen.

Heben Sie die Waage mit dem

Gepäck stück horizontal nach oben.

Das Gewicht wird auf dem LCD an-

gezeigt. Sobald das Gewicht stabil

ist, wird es fixiert und „HOLD“ ange-

zeigt.

gage, hold the scale horizontally and

lift upwards. The weight is displayed

on the LCD. As soon as the weight is

stable, it is fixed on the screen and

“HOLD” is displayed.

Important instructions

• Max. capacity 50 kg (110 lb), Graduation 10 g (0.02 lb).

• Protect your personal scale from impact with hard

objects, moisture, dust, chemicals, toiletries, liquid

cosmetics, great temperature fluctuation and closeness

to sources of heat (open fires, radiators).

• Cleaning: You can clean the scale with a damp cloth

and a little washing up liquid, if required. Never

immerse the scale in water or rinse it under running

water.

• Strong electromagnetic fields (e.g. cell phones) may

impair the accuracy of the scale.

• The scale is not intended to be used for commercial

purposes.

• Repairs may only be performed by Customer Service

or by accredited retailers.

For environmental reasons, do not dispose of the

device in the household waste at the end of its use-

ful life. Dispose of the unit at a suitable local col-

lection or recycling point. Dispose of the device in

accordance with EC Directive – WEEE (Waste Electrical

and Electronic Equipment). If you have any questions,

please contact the local authorities responsible for waste

disposal.

Dispose of packaging in an environmentally friendly man-

ner.

Warranty/service

In case of a claim under the warranty please contact your

local dealer or the local representation which is mentioned

in the list “service international”.

In case of returning the unit please add a copy of your

receipt and a short report of the defect.

The following warranty terms shall apply:

1. The warranty period for BEURER products is either 5

years or- if longer- the country specific warranty period

from date of Purchase.

In case of a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to

be proven by means of the sales receipt or invoice.

2. Repairs (complete unit or parts of the unit) do not extend

the warranty period.

3. The warranty shall not be valid for damages because of

a. improper treatment, e.g. nonobservance of the user

instructions.

b. repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorised

third parties.

c. transport from the manufacturer to the consumer or

during transport to the service centre.

d. The warranty shall not be valid for accessories which

are subject to normal wear and tear (cuff, batteries

etc.).

4. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses

caused by the unit are excluded even if the damage to

the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.
