If water does not flow, the valve is faulty. In this case,  stop using the  water heater and 
contact the service center. 
 
8.  Clean  the  outer  surfaces  of  the  water  heater  with  a  damp  cloth  and  soap  as 
necessary. 
 

10.  TROUBLESHOOTING
