Before using and operating the product, read the following

instructions carefully and keep the manual properly for future

reference.

Tips

1. It is recommended to select the appropriate volume when

using the device to listen to music or making phone calls to

avoid hearing damage. Long-time use or excessively high

volume may cause permanent hearing loss.

2. Use and store the device and its accessories within the

temperature range of 5℃ –35℃. When the ambient

temperature is too high or too low, it may lead to device failure.

3. Keep the device and its accessories in a well-ventilated and

cool area away from direct sunlight.

4. Keep the device and its accessories out of the reach of

children. Children may get entangled, ingested, asphyxiated or

suffer from other risks when playing.

5. Turn off the device before cleaning and maintenance. Use

clean and dry soft cloth to wipe the device.

Warranty Instructions

1. Your warranty services are only valid under normal use of

product. If the damage is not caused by product quality or in

case of one of the following circumstances, the warranty will

not be implemented.

1.1 The warranty period is expired;

1.2 Warranty certificate and purchase invoice are not available,

and it cannot be proved that the product is within the warranty

period;

1.3 The content on the warranty certificate is inconsistent with

the actual product or the warranty certificate has been altered;

1.4 Damage caused by failure to use or maintain the product in

accordance with the requirements in User Manual;

1.5 Damage caused by damp, water intrusion, dropping, or being

repaired by any party other than vivo official customer service

center;

1.6 Damage caused by force majeure;

1.7 Natural wear and tear of the product (e.g. shell, wire).

2. You can go to any official customer service center in the

company's national joint warranty network for replacement

and repair.

3. All parts, components and accessories replaced during the

repair in the warranty period shall be owned by vivo.

Warranty Details

1. These clauses only apply to vivo products sold in the country

or region where the purchase is made, if there is any

inconsistency or omission with the national policy, the national

policy shall prevail.

2. In case of performance failure due to product quality, you can

enjoy the following warranty services according to the warranty

policies with the purchase invoice and valid warranty

certificate:

2.1 Customer can avail warranty service for free within the

period that follow the local regulations from the date of

purchase if there is a performance failure caused by the

product itself.

3. Within the valid warranty period, the consumer has to

present the purchase invoice and valid warranty certificate to

enjoy the rights of guaranteed return, replacement and repair.

4. Our company is not responsible for the warranty of other

accessories of the product (such as the package box).

2. Замену или ремонт устройства можно осуществлять в любом

сервисном центре сети vivo.

3. Все детали, компоненты и аксессуары, замененные в

гарантийный период, принадлежат компании vivo.

Информация о гарантии

1. Если приведенные ниже правила содержат какое-либо

противоречие или несоответствие нормам действующего

законодательства Российской Федерации, то нормы

действующего законодательства Российской Федерации будут

иметь преимущественную силу.

2. При проблемах во время работы устройства, причиной

которых является качество продукта, согласно гарантийным

условиям, счету-фактуре на покупку и действующему

гарантийному сертификату, вы имеете право на следующее

гарантийное обслуживание:

2.1 Покупатель может воспользоваться гарантийным

обслуживанием бесплатно в течение периода,

соответствующего местным нормам, с даты покупки при

возникновении проблем во время работы устройства,

причиной которых является сам продукт.

3. В период действия гарантии покупатель должен

предоставить свой счет-фактуру на покупку и действующий

гарантийный талон чтобы получить возможность
