There is abnormal noise.

The appliance is not in place, tilted 

or unstable.

Place the appliance on a flat and 

solid surface.

The water tank indicates there is not 

enough water, although it is filled 

with water; the humidifier does not 

work for a long time.

Excessive tilting of the appliance at 

an angle causes the water level in 

the water tank to be perceived as 

low. As a result, protection mode 

is activated and the appliance 

automatically stops.

Put the appliance on a flat and firm 

surface and keep it steady.

There is not enough water in the 

water tank, and the water in the tank 

is flowing the water tray.
