Detailed operation for buttons

HOLD (hold the current temperature)

•

In the normal w orking mode, pr

CD without changing. It will keep un-

e changed or not.

•

Press HOLD again, the display will not r

eserve, after sensor measur

ed the new

data, it will show the curr

ent data, and enter the normal w orking mode.

eadings will show unchanged, and sensor w

atur e (for economizing on electricity

, because it is useless to

measure the temper

ature, the L

CD won’t sho

w it), unless press HOLD button

again, it will begin to measur e and sho

w the r ene

atur e at once.

•

When turn on HOLD, L CD will sho

w HOLD symbol, after turn off, it will be without it.  

•

Only when the probe input, it do hav

e this functions.

MAX-MIN MEMORY 

(show max. and min. memory data after thermometer switch ON. During switch

ON lo-hi (HI/ALARM-LO/ALARM) temperature alert: 

•

Press MAX-MIN MEMORY button once, the upper line will sho

w the max. and

min. memory data when pow

er on, the left side is for Min data, the right one

is for Max. data. 

•

After pressing and hold the buttons for 5 seconds, it will r

eturn to the normal

working mode.( after turn on the HI and L

O ALARM, the curr

ent display is the

temperatur

e of alarm.)

•

The memorized data will be clear automatically after pow

er off (press ON/OFF

button), it will resume to measur

e the max and min data after restart the unit.

•

While the temperatur

e alarm is ON, press the button once can sho

w the mem-

orized max and min data after pow

er on.

•

Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, it will clear the max and min data.

•

While inserting or pull the probe, it will clear the max and min data.
