T YPICAL T V PROBLEMS
CAUSES (AND SOLUTIONS)
Bad image (noise, distortion or
duplication of multiple images, blur)
•
Check the position of the antenna and adjust it if necessary.
• Check that the antenna cable is securely connected.
• Make sure all cables are securely connected.
No sound
• Turn up the volume.
• Make sure the remote control is unmuted.
Black and white image
•
Check the settings in the PICTURE menu.
•
Make sure the program you are watching is broadcast on color,
not black and white.
No picture and no sound
• Make sure the device is connected and turned on.
• Make sure ATV mode is selected.
•
Try switching on another channel to check availability problems
with the station.
• Check if the antenna is connected correctly.
• Turn up the volume.
• Make sure the antenna or audio/video source is working properly.
• Check that all cables are securely connected.
• Check for obstructions or devices that may

Color spots on the image

Make sure there are no unshielded electrical devices nearby that
cause interference.
• Turn off the TV for 30 minutes and then try again.
The panel function key does not
respond correctly
•

The monitor display panel heats up

The LED TV has a phosphor in the system. This may cause the
screen temperature to rise. It is not a defect.

Screen Banding
•
Adjusting the pulse phase can reduce banding. RGB input.
The upper part of the monitor heats up
•
This can happen when the device is used for a long time. It is not
a defect.
Unable to select a specific channel
•
You could miss a channel when switching between them. Select
that channel by directly clicking on the appropriate buttons on the
remote control.
Display failure during power-on
•
This can be caused by a very short on/off interval.
• Turn off the power and restart the device.
