p) if damage is identified due to action of mechanical stress, 

moisture, high or low temperature, corrosion, oxidation, 

penetration of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or 

animals;

q) if cleaning of audio-video heads, drives for reading various 

data storage media is required;

r) if the damage is due to computer viruses and similar 

programs, setting or changing password, modification and 

(or) re-installation of factory installed software, installation and 

use of software by third parties, formatting data media on hard 

disks;

s) if the defect is due to natural wear during operation of the 

product. Natural wear is considered as consequences of 

product usage, resulting in worsening of technical state or 

appearance due to enduring usage;

t) if the defect is due to insufficient capacity of 

telecommunications networks and radio signal power, including 

due to local landscape and urban environment, use of telephone 

set on the network coverage threshold or beyond or due to 

connecting to other inappropriate or defective external devices 

to the product;

u) if the product has failed due to use of no-standard (non-

original) consumables, materials, accessories, spare parts, 

batteries, storage devices, including, but not limited to audio/

video cassettes, CD/DVD/BR discs, flash memory cards, 

cartridges of other manufacturers than Samsung Electronics 

Co., Ltd. or due to use of refilled, counterfeit, rebuilt cartridges 

as well as cartridges with mechanical damage (cracks, chips, 

indications of penetration etc;

v) if the defect is due to receipt, installation and use of 

incompatible content (melodies, graphics, video and other files, 

Java applications and similar programs);

w) if the data specified on the product labels are corrected, 

erased, or if there are no labels on the product.

6. Setup and installation (assembly, connection etc.) of the 

product described

in the accompanying documents may be performed by the user

or specialists of profile ASC and seller (at a charge). Besides, 

you can use services by other service suppliers possessing 

certificate of conformity for this type of works. Should this the 

case, the person (organization) which has installed the product 

is liable for installation (setup) correctness and quality.

Please pay due attention to the significance of proper 

installation for both reliable operation of the product and 

warranty as well as free service services. Ask the installation 

specialist to enter all the required installation details into the 

warranty card.

7. We urge you to backup to an external data media all the 

information you keep in the memory of your cellular phone or 

other digital devices.

liability for possible damage inflicted directly or indirectly by the 

Samsung products upon people, pets, property if the damage 

is due to non-compliance with the operation and installation 

provisions; intended or reckless acts by the purchaser

Ltd. disclaims any liability for possible damage inflicted directly

microwave ovens, Inverter motor of vacuum cleaners in SC07F80 

series for 10 years from the purchase date.

The spare part is free of charge for a customer in case of a 

repair in authorized service center.
