Reviewing, Calling back and Deleting outgoing numbers
• REVIEWING OUTGOING CALL NUMBERS
1. In on-hook state, press OUT key. LCD displays “OUT” sign
2. Press △ or ▽ key to review out going numbers
3. To scroll rapidly, press and hold OUT key for 3 seconds.
• DELETING OUTGOING CALL NUMBERS
1. In on-hook state, to review the desired out going call number,
2. Press DEL key, it is deleted, or
3. Press and hold DEL key for 4 seconds then all out going numbers are
deleted.
• CALLING BACK OUTGOING CALL NUMBERS
1. In on-hook state, to review the desired out going call number
2. Press REDIAL key and then the number is dialed out.
Using the DEL key
1. In the setting mode, use it to quit setting.
2. In the pre-dialing mode, use it to correct any input mistakes.
3. When scroll checking incoming or outgoing calls, use it to delete a phone
number. Press and hold it for 4 seconds to delete all the incoming or
outgoing calls.
VIP function
1. When checking the incoming calls, press the VIP key to make the VIP
logo (Lock symbol) on or off. The numbers with VIP logo could not be
directly deleted.
2. If want to delete the VIP number, you should be press VIP key again to
make VIP symbol off then to delete directly
3. Press and hold DEL key for 4 seconds, all the numbers include VIP num-
ber would be deleted.
Setting ringing tone
There are 16 kinds of ringing tone for selection:
1. In on-hook state, press HOLD/RING key to select the desired ringer tone
one by one
2. Press SET/STORE key to conirm and quit.
Do Not Disturb function
1. Press HOLD/RING key to set ring tone to RING 00
2. The Telephone enters the Do Not Disturb (DND) state. The phone can
not ring when a call is coming.
3. Set another ring tone to quit DND state.
Ringing tone volume switch control
Slide the ring switch to HI or LO to adjust the volume of ringing tone.
Ringing tone volume software control
On hook state, press the VOL key to adjust the ring tone volume by 2
steps, LCD displays RING VOL HI or RING VOL LO
NOTE: If batteries are not loaded, this function is not available.
