Redial function

1.  When dialing out a number but the line is busy. Return the handset to 

the base.

2.  Pick up the handset

3.  Press REDIAL key, the last number is dialed out again.

Pre-dialing

1.  In on-hook state

2.  Dial the desired number, if any mistake, use DEL key to edit.

3.  Press REDIAL key, the number on display is auto-dialed out.

Pause function

  If dial a number from PABX extension, press PABX number (normally “0” 

or ”9”) + PAUSE+ desired number. When line is busy, just press REDIAL 

key to redial.

Reviewing, Calling back and Deleting incoming numbers

  When receiving a phone call, LCD will display the phone number togeth-

er with the information of date, time, and a serial number. The current 

date and time will be updated by the FSK caller id signal, while the year 

setting remains unchanged.

•  REVIEWING INCOMING CALLS

1.  Press  IN  key  enter  incoming  call  reviewing  state.  LCD  displays  “IN” 

sign

2.  Press △ or ▽ key to view the incoming call memories including calling 

number, date, and time. 

3.  To scroll rapidly, press and hold IN key for 3 seconds.

•  DELETING INGCOMING CALLS 

1.  When review the desired number, press DEL key, the number is de-

leted except VIP number. 

2.  Press and hold DEL key for 4 seconds, all the incoming messages are 

deleted.

•  CALLING BACK INCOMING NUMBER 

1.  When  review  the  desired  number.  For  a  local  call,  press  the  REDIAL 

key the number is dialed out. 

2.  When review the desired number. For a long distance call, press RE-

DIAL key twice to add long distance code 8 at beginning to dial out 

the number (the telephone should be unlocked.)
