Apple juice gets dark quickly, but adding a few 
drops of lemon juice slows down the process 
of juice darkening.

 •

If  you  keep  juice  in  the  refrigerator,  pour  it 
into  a  clean  bowl  with  a  lid  to  prevent  it  from 
absorbing  smell  of  other  foods  stored  in  the 
refrigerator.  It  is  not  recommended  to  keep 
juice  in  a  metal  container,  as  the  juice  can 
acquire corresponding flavor.

Attention!  The  slow  juicer  is  not  intended 
for processing of extra hard of extra fibrous 
fruits  or  vegetables,  such  as  coconuts  or 
quince.

CLEANING AND CARE

After  the  end  of  operation  or  before  cleaning 
always switch the unit off and unplug it.

Disassemble  and  clean  slow  juicer  after 
every usage:

 •

remove  the  pusher  (1)  from  the  feeding 
chute (2);

 •

turn  the  lid  (3)  counterclockwise  and  remove 
it from the bowl (6);

 •

set  the  juice  draining  spout  (8)  into  the  
upper  position,  turning  it  counterclockwise 
(pic. 6);

 •

turn  the  bowl  (6)  counterclockwise  and 
remove it from the motor unit (11).

 •

remove the screw (4) from the bowl (6);

 •

remove  the  separator  (5)  from  the  screw  (4) 
by pulling it;

 •

it  is  more  convenient  to  wash  the  mesh  filter 
openings  on  the  screw  (4)  from  the  outside 
using the small brush (14);

 •

to clean the pulp outlet channel, move the sili-
cone gasket (13) aside;

 •

do  not  wash  the  screw  (4)  and  other  remov-
able parts in the dishwasher.

 •

It  is  recommended  to  wash  all  removable 
parts  in  warm  water  with  neutral  detergent 
right after unit operation.

 •

Clean the motor unit (11) with a slightly damp 
cloth, and then wipe it dry. Do not immerse the 
motor unit (11) in water or any other liquids; do 
not wash it under water jet.

 •

Do  not  use  coarse  sponges,  abrasives  and 
solvents to clean the slow juicer.

 •

Some  products,  such  as  carrots  or  beets, 
can dye slow juicer removable parts, you can 
use  dry  cloth  dampened  in  vegetable  oil  for 
removing stains; after cleaning of parts wash 
them  with  warm  water  and  a  neutral  deter-
gent, then dry.

STORAGE

 •

Before putting the unit away for storage, make 
sure it is unplugged.

 •

Perform the requirements of “CLEANING AND 
CARE” section.

 •

Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool 
place.
