Failure

Method of rectification

The juice extractor  
is not operating.

1.  Check assembly of the juice extractor, make sure that the 
clamp is closed.
2.  Check availability of voltage in the mains socket – to do this, 
connect any suitable device to the socket.

Quantity of juice reduced 
abruptly.

 Filter mesh clogged.

•  Switch off the juice extractor, take the plug out of socket.
•  When the electric motor stops, check the filter-grater. 
•  Clean and wash the filter-grater. 

During operation, the juice ex-
tractor vibrates intensively. 

1.  Sticking of cake on one side of the filter-grater is possible. 
•  Switch off the juice extractor, take the plug out of socket.
•  When the electric motor stops, check the filter-grater.
•  Clean and wash the filter-grater.
2.  Filter-grater is damaged. 
•  Inspect  the  filter-grater,  in  case  of  any  damages  or  cracks,  
replace the filter-grater.

Operation of the juice extractor 
is accompanied with intense 
noise, unpleasant odour, it 
warms up significantly, smoke 
appears etc. 

Stop operation of the juice extractor immediately, disconnect 
it from the mains and apply to a certified service center for 
inspection and repair.
