The warranty for
DWT
tool is provided according to
the laws and specific features of each country. In case
the legislation doesn't provide the terms of warranty
service, they will be defined by the trade representative
which is engaged in our products sales. You can find
the information about the trade representatives on
our site
www.dwt-pt.com
or on the first page of the
manual instruction.
The beginning of the warranty period is the date
of sale of the tool through the trading company
(acknowledgement - correctly filled warranty coupon in
points A, B, C, as well presence of the receipt or the
substituting).
The producer doesn't incur the responsibility for
warranty and after sales service if he is not appearing
as a seller of the tool in the territory of your country.
Warranty
service
For the realization of warranty service it is necessary to
contact the company which has sold you the tool or the
nearest service centre which carries out the reparation
of
DWT
tools.
When the tool is brought to the service centre or
trading organization, it is necessary for you to give the
tool in the pure state with defect description, in original
packing, with the manual instruction and the warranty -
service book with the filled warranty coupon in points
A, B, C, as well the receipt or the substituting, that
confirms the date of purchase of the tool.
If after malfunction check it appears that the given
malfunction has occurred because of the producer, the
warranty service will be provided.
In case malfunction has occurred because of the user,
the cost of services for tool repair works is transmitted
to the user.
Terms of execution of works depend on complexity of
elimination of the reason of the defect and are defined
by the trade representative or the service centre which
has accepted the tool for repair works.
Warranty service is not provided in cases:
• Uses of the tool for purposes, not provided by the
manual instruction;
•
Absence of:
• Correctly filled guarantee coupon in points A,
B, C, the receipt confirming date of purchase and
guarantee period or other substituting document;
•
Manual instructions, labels on the tool with serial
number of the producer;
• Natural wear of mechanisms and assemblies having
the limited period of working capacity;
• Preventive maintenance and replacement of
fast wear details (more detailed information can be
received in the
DWT
service centres working in your
country);
• Overload or a heavy use which consequence are:
•
Simultaneous failure of one or more hardware
parts and assemblies functionally connected with
the system;
• Burning, charring, melting due to excessive
internal temperatures of hardware (heating
elements, switches, wiring, housings);
• Mechanical damages, presence of foreign objects in
the appliance;
•
Dismantling and repair work which has been not
carried out by
DWT
experts.
The warranty is not valid for consumables and
accessories which partly belong to the scope of
supplies.
In case of use the tool with industrial purposes the
terms of warranty service can be reduced.
