DUSTBAG REPLACING

Zelmer vacuum cleaners are equipped with SAFBAG dust bags (amount according to the table above). 

Dust bag replacing is necessary when you notice that:

1. When full dust bag indicator is covered with red colour.

2. Safety valve opens.

3. The suction is signiicantly lower.

4. Dust bag is full.

When  the  safety  valve  opens,  but  you  realize  that  the  dust  bag  is  not  yet  full,  we  recommend  you  to 

replace the bag, because in unfavourable conditions the ine dust could block the pores on the dust bag 

surface, which signiicantly decreases the sucking power of the vacuum cleaner. When picking up wool 

remains, the dust bag can be full, although the full dust bag indicator does not indicate it. In such case 

it is also necessary to replace the bag with a new one.

ATTENTION! Do not vacuum without the dust bag.

Remove the hose from the air-inlet.

Release the hook of front lid

, open it.

Holding  the  bag  bar

  lean  it  slightly  inside

and then remove the whole bag upwards

Close the SAFBAG dust bag lid, to cover the inlet of 

–

the full bag. Dispose it.

Insert the bar of new bag between  the runners  and 

–

move it altogether with a shutter up to the bottom of 

the dust-cup, laid the dust bag out. The direction of 

dust  bag  assembling  is  indicated  with  an  arrow  on 

the bag.

Close the lid pressing it until you can hear a characteristic clicking sound – be careful not to jam the 

–

bag.

Their  technical  and  economic  parameters  exceed  3  ―  4  times  the  parameters  of  traditional 

paper bags, which can still be applied.

This dust bag has been made of a special porous material consisting of many 

layers.  In  comparison  with  traditional  paper  bag  it  is  characterized  with  much 

better economic and technical parameters.

Due to big plasticity, it its tightly the dust-cup of the vacuum cleaner, what 

–

allows  accumulating  much  more  dirtiness  (depending  on  the  size  of  the 

dust-cup).

The period from the assembling up to the replacing the bag is approximately 

–

3 times longer, which makes the vacuum cleaner operation cheaper.

It has signiicantly better iltration parameters, which means:

–

more eficient keeping dust,

–

easier air-low, which enhances engine power and livelong,

–

the same big suction power in spite of illing up the dust bag,

–

much better health protection, as the outlet air is much better cleaned.

AIR-INLET FILTER REPLACING

Open the vacuum cleaner such way as in case

of dust bag replacing.

Take  the  air-inlet  ilter  out  of  the  casing

insert  a  new  one,  such  a  way  that  the  inner 

ilter edge was placed inside the limiting rib

and close the vacuum cleaner.
