Dear Clients!

Please  read  this  instructions  manual  very  carefully.  Your  special  attention  is  to  be  paid  to  the  safety 

instructions. Please keep this instructions manual in a safe place during the whole life of your vacuum 

cleaner for further reference.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Please connect the vacuum cleaner to 230 V mains supply, equipped with fuse 16 A.

Do not unplug by pulling by cord.

–

Do  not  operate  the  appliance  if  the  cord,  the  housing  or  the  handle  is  visibly  damaged.  In  such 

–

a case, return the appliance to a service center.

If the non-detachable part of the cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the producer or at 

a proper service point or by a qualiied person in order to avoid any hazards.

The  appliance  should  be  repaired  by  trained  staff  only.  Improper  repair  can  result  in  serious 

hazard for a user. In case of defects we recommend you to contact qualiied service desk.

Do not run the vacuum cleaner or brushes over the cord; it can result in cord insulation damage.

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning, assembling or dismantling.

Switch  off  the  appliance  before  changing  the  accessories  or  before  approaching  moving 

–

parts.

Do not use without the bag, ilters or in case damage of the bag.

Do not use this vacuum cleaner to clean people or animals; be especially careful to keep the nozzles 

–

away from ears and eyes.

Do not pick up: matches, cigarettes, hot ash. Avoid picking up sharp objects.

Check the sucking hose, pipes and nozzles – remove the rubbish accumulated inside.

Do not pick up ine dust such as: lour, cement, gypsum, toners for printers and copy machines, etc.

Do  not  use  outside,  use  for  cleaning  dry  surfaces  only.  Dry  the  wet-cleaned  carpets  before 

–

vacuuming.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory 

–

or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision 

or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE

ZELMER vacuum cleaners meet the requirements of effective standards.

The appliance meets the requirements of the following directives:

Low Voltage Device (LVD) – 2006/95/EC.

Electro- Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) – 2004/108/EC.

–

Noise generated by the appliance: 75 dB/A.

The product is marked with CE symbol on the name plate.

The vacuum cleaners are different in respect of type: by execution, accessories (special accessories, 

type of air-outlet ilters).

The vacuum cleaners are equipped, depending on type, with air-outlet ilter: „mikroiltr” or HEPA (High 

Eficiency  Particulate Air)  H11. The  HEPA  ilter  has  been  designed  to  maximize  its  iltration  capability 

through special ibers, which are able to retain almost all dust particles. The H11 class determines the 

permeability of a ilter. The HEPA H11 ilter retains 95,5% of particles of 0.3 micron.

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with system of full dust bag indicator, which indicates the dust level.

Type and power of that vacuum cleaner and power rates are speciied at the nameplate.
