Suction fails all of a 

sudden.

Is suction power strength set to 

“Standard (Weak)”?

• 

Start Strong Mode using the strength adjust-

ment button on the hose handle.

Is the product fully charged?

• 

Fully charge the product.

Is the dust bin full?

• 

Empty the dust bin and clean the pre-filter and 

motor protection filter at the rear of the dust 

bin.

The hose is deflat

ed and a loud noise 

occurs.

Is the suction nozzle blocked?

• 

Clean the suction nozzle.

Is the extension tube blocked?

• 

Remove the foreign object stuck in the exten-

sion tube using a long stick.

Is any part blocked?

• 

Connect the hose to the product main unit and 

turn in Turbo mode. Then, block and unblock the 

hose entry with your palm several times. If the 

same problem persists, contact LG Electronics 

Service Center.

The main unit doesn’t 

follow me well while 

using the Auto Moving 

function.

Is the laser sensor window cov-

ered with an foreign object?

• 

Clean the sensor window using a soft cotton 

swab.

Is the foreign object stuck to the 

wheel?

• 

Remove the foreign object stuck between the 

product and wheel.

Is the product stopped for a long 

time after hitting the wall or 

obstacle?

• 

The product is equipped with a function that 

turns the auto moving function automatically 

to prevent product malfunction, if the product 

is constrained for a long time. Pull the product 

softly using the hose to restart the product.

does the main unit move back 

when colliding with the wall or 

obstacle?

• 

The backing-up function is available to escape 

when collided with an obstacle in a blind spot.

Is the blue lamp of RoboSense 

LEd on the cleaner turned on?

• 

Press the “-” button (among hose handle oper-

ation buttons) three seconds and check whether 

the RoboSense LED is turned on in blue.
