SAFETY MEASURES

Before  using  the  unit,  read  this  instruction 
carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use  the  unit  according  to  its  intended 
purpose  only,  as  it  is  stated  in  this  user 
manual.  Mishandling  the  unit  can  lead  to 
its breakage and cause harm to the user or 
damage to his/her property. 

• 

Make  sure  that  operating  voltage  of 
the unit corresponds to voltage of your 
home mains.

• 

To  prevent  fire  or  electric  shock,  do 
not  expose  the  unit  to  rain  or  mois-
ture, do not place it in places with high 
humidity  (near  bath  tubs,  containers 
filled with water, kitchen sinks, washing 
machines,  near  a  swimming  pool,  in 
wet  basements,  etc.).  Prevent  the  unit 
from dripping and splashing.

To prevent fire or electric shock, do not 
overload  sockets  or  extension  cords, 
as  this  can  result  in  fire  or  electric 
shock.

• 

Place the radio clock in such a way that 
you  can  easily  pull  out  the  plug  from 
the socket in case of any malfunction.

• 

For  additional  protection  of  the  unit 
unplug the radio clock during lightning 
storm  and  when  you  are  not  going  to 
use it for a long time. It will prevent the 
unit  from  being  damaged  by  lightning 
and power surges.

• 

To  unplug  the  unit,  pull  the  plug  but 
not the cord.

• 

To  prevent  electric  shock,  do  not 
remove  the  cover  by  yourself.  Do  not 
repair the unit or make any changes in 
it by yourself. If you find any damages, 
unplug  the  unit  and  apply  to  an  autho-
rized service center.
