INSTRUCTION MANUAL 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

1.

Before the first use or after a long break in operation, it is recommended to wipe the inside of 
the multicooker with a damp cloth. 

2.

Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool 
completely. 

3.

Wipe the case with a damp cloth with the addition of a mild detergent, then wipe off the 
residue with a soft and dry cloth, dry 

4.

Caution: never immerse the device in water or other liquids. Do not place it under running 
water. 

5.

Remove the condensate collector from the device and wash in warm water with a mild 
detergent, then rinse and dry completely before attaching it to the slow cooker. 

6.

Clean the lid, steam valve, and inner bowl with warm water and mild detergent. Do not use 
abrasives for cleaning, as this will damage them and may scratch the coating. Make sure that 
the pan is completely dry before storing or reusing it. 

7.

Make sure that the heating element and the outside of the cooking bowl are clean, free of dirt, 
and in regular contact with each other. 

8.

Note: for better contact of the heating plate with the inner bowl, place the bowl in the slow 
cooker, then turn it slightly. 

9.

It is not recommended that the multi-cooker be in the heating mode for more than 8 hours. 

10.

Do not leave water in the bowl if you do not use the appliance for more than two days. 

Troubleshooting possible problems 

In case of any breakdowns of this product, do not try to fix the problem yourself, please always 
contact the service centers.
