Mixer’s speed selection

Using speed control button (5) set the required speed of attachments’ rotation.
Speed 1 

Start all mixing procedures. To mix dry ingredients and adding dry  

ingredients to liquids, to beat up white of eggs and cream.

Speed 2 

To  whip  heavy  cream,  mix  ingredients  and  prepare  sauces  and  

poundings.

Speed 3 

To 

mix 

various 

ingredients. 

To prepare half-finished cakes, muffins, etc., to beat up sugar and  

butter for heavy creams.

Speed 4 

To blend dough.

Speed 5 

To whip heavy cream, white of eggs and mashed potatoes.

Recommendations

•  To avoid splashes, turn the mixer on only after you have put the attachments 

into a bowl.

•  You can change the speed while mixing. Higher speed is recommended for 

kneading dough.

•  For  the  best  results  when  whipping  cream,  chill  the  cream  in  a  bowl  in  a 

refrigerator. 

Cleaning and Maintenance

•  Always turn off and unplug mixer before cleaning.
•  Remove the attachments.
•  Wash the attachments (3) in warm soapy water, rinse and thoroughly dry.

Storing

•  To store the mixer, thoroughly clean it.
•  Do not wrap the cord around the mixer. 
•  Store the appliance in a dry cool place out of reach of children.
•  Electrical  equipment  have  to  be  stored  in  a  dry  place  at  ambient 

temperature no higher than plus 40 °C with a relative humidity of 70%, 

and the absence of dust, acid and other fumes in surrounding medium 

which affect adversely the materials of the electrical devices. 

Warranty

The warranty period on the territory of the Russian Federation is 1 year.
In the event of a claim under warranty, present the unit in a complete package, 

with original packaging and cashier's receipt to the accredited service center. 

Free  repair  or  replacement  of  the  unit  is  impossible  without  the  cashier's 

receipt.
