7.   When you have finished using it, reset the 

control knob to position “0”.

8.   Unplug the appliance.
9.   Eject the beaters by pushing the eject 

handle.

Caution:

 The eject button can be pressed 

down only when the speed selector is on the 

OFF setting, and make sure the power cord 

is unplugged from the power outlet before 

removing the accessories. When ejecting the 

accessories, it must be noted never face the 

accessories to person, it may result in hurt. 

CAUTION:

1.   After 5 minutes continuous use, allow a 

20 minutes rest before next use.

2.   Do not operate more then 5 minutes at one 

time.

HOW TO  CLEANING

1.   Unplug the appliance.

2.   Clean the body of the appliance using only 

a damp cloth. Then wipe with a dry cloth.

3.   Clean the beaters under running water or 

in the dishwasher. Rinse and dry.

4.   On completion of using your appliance it is 

strongly recommended that you clean the 

accessories immediately. This will remove 

any clinging food from the accessories. 

Preventing bath drying out of the residue 

food. Making cleaning easier and the 

possibility of bacterial growth.

When do not use the mixer, you can store the 

motor unit on the storage box, and put the 

beaters/whisk into the storage box. Then store 

the mixer on the storage box by placing it on 

the storage box directly and press down with 

force, the mixer will clip with the box.

OPERATING HINTS:

Most recipes provide the required time and 

speed needed.

SPEED 1-2:

  For mixing dry ingredients with liquids, 

folding whipped egg whites and cream into 

mixtures, stirring gravies and sauces and 

mashing vegetables.

SPEED 3-4: 

  For mixing cake mixes, puddings or 

batters. For creaming together shortening 

and sugar.

SPEED 5/

TURBO: 

  For whipping cream, evaporated or 

powdered milk, egg whites or whole eggs.

IMPORTANT SAFETY 
RECOMMENDATION:

When using electrical appliances, basic 

safety precautions should always be followed, 

including the following:

1.  Read all instructions carefully.

2.  Do not immerse appliance, cord or plug in 

water or any other liquid.

3.  Use it only with 220-240V/50Hz electrical 

supply.

4.  Unplug from power supply, when not in 

use, before putting on or taking off parts, 

and before cleaning.

5.  Always switch mixer to “0“ before removing 

the plug. Remove by grasping the plug – do 

not pull the cord.

6.  Avoid contacting moving parts. Keep 

hands, hair, clothing, spatulas and other 

utensils away from the beater during 

operation.

7.  Never use the unit with an extension cord, 

when standing on a damp floor, or when 

the unit or your hands are wet.

8.  Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a 

table or worktop, or touch hot surfaces.

9.  Never operate the unit with a damaged 

plug or cord, or after it has been damaged 

or dropped.

10. Never twist, kink or wrap the cord around 

the appliance as this may cause the cord 

insulation to weaken and split, particularly 

where it enters the unit.

11. Do not place unnecessary strain on the 

motor by beating mixtures which do not 

allow the beaters/dough hooks to revolve 

freely.

12. This appliance is for household use only, 

do not use outdoors.

13. Close supervision is necessary when any 

appliance is used by or near children.

14. Do not probe openings of the unit.

15. No attempt should be made to repair the 

mixer by unauthorized personnel.

16. This unit has been permanently lubricated 

and requires no further oiling.

17. Do not use longer than 5 minutes. 

18. This appliance is not intended for use by 

persons (including children) with reduced 

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, 

or lack of experience and knowledge, 

unless they have been given supervision or 

instruction concerning use of the appliance 

by a person responsible for their safety.

19. Children should be supervised to ensure 

that they do not play with the appliance.

20. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be 

replaced by manufacturer, its service agent 

or similarly qualified persons in order to 

avoid a hazard.

21. Pay attention please: when you use the 

hooks, please insert the hook with washer 

into the housing with big circle sign, 

otherwise, flour will be run into the housing.

HOW TO  USE THE  APPLIANCE

For the first use, remove the accessories from 

the storage box, then clean the beaters and 

whisk. Before assembling the mixer, be sure 

the power cord is unplugged from the power 

outlet and the speed selector is on the OFF 

position.

1.   Assemble proper attachments into mixer. 

•  Beaters are for mixing egg white or mixing 

other liquid, maximum quantity of egg can 

not less than 5 pieces; desired consistency 

must be achieved within 4 minutes under 

highest speed at a time. 

•  Dough hooks are for kneading the dough, 

proportion of flour and water shall be 

100:72, just 924g flour and 665g water, you 

can also appropriately adjust proportion 

accordingly to personal preference.

Note:

 for dough hooks, the one with washer 

can only be inserted into the big socket and 

the other one can only be inserted into small 

socket. The two dough hooks cannot be 

inserted in reverse. Beaters can be inserted in 

either socket, as they are identical.

2.   Plug in the appliance.

3.   Depending on the quantity to be prepared. 

Place the ingredients in an appropriate 

container.

4.   Plunge the beaters into the container and 

start the appliance by turning the control 
knob to the right.

5.   Turn the control knob to the position “1”-“5”.

6.   Depending on the model, the appliance 

may be equipped with a turbo button, 

which allows your appliance.
