4) Defrost by Weight
Example: defrost a beef of 500g:
(1) Press " Defrost By Weight ";
(2) Press "5", "0", "0", in sequence;
(3) Press " Start/Speed Cook " to start defrosting.
5) Speedy Defrost
Example: defrost a beef of 500g
(1) Press " Speed Defrost ";
(2) Press "5" "0" "0" in sequence;
(3) Press " Start/Speed Cook " to start defrosting.
Note: Time needed for defrosting under "Speedy Defrost" is less that "Defrost by Weight" for the food with the
same weight.
