IMPORTANT SAFETY MEASURES

•  Read the instructions carefully before 

using the hair clipper.

•  Before switching on the unit, make sure 

that voltage in your mains corresponds to 

the voltage indicated on the unit.

•  The unit is not intended for usage by 

children or disabled persons.

•  Never leave the operating unit unattended.

•  Do not allow the children to use the unit as 

a toy.

•  Keep the unit out of reach of children.

•  Use the unit only for the intended 

purposes.

•  Use only the attachment s and 

accessories, supplied with the unit.

•  Do not use the unit in places with high 

humidity, while taking a bath or a shower. 

Do not keep the unit near a bath or a sink, 

filled with water. Do not immerse the unit 

into water or other liquids; do not wash the 

unit under tapping water.

•  Do not touch the unit with wet hands.

•  Do not try to take the unit if it fell into 

water, immediately take the plug out of the 

socket. Do not touch water.

•  Do not use the hair clipper if the power 

plug or the cord is damaged. Apply to the 

authorized service center for replacement 

of the power cord.

•  Do not use the unit in places with high 

temperature. Do not place the power cord 

near hot surfaces.

•  Switch off the unit and take the plug out 

of the socket before replacement of the 

attachments, cleaning the unit, storing the 

unit.

•  Never wind the power cord over the body 

of the unit.

•  Before using the unit make sure that the 

blades are set properly, if there is a slant, 

align them (refer to Aligning the blades 

section).

•  Always unplug the unit before placing it.

•  Never use the unit if the comb attachment 

is broken or damaged or if the blades are 

damaged.

•  If there are any damages in the unit apply 

to the authorized service center.

•  The unit is intended for household usage. 

The unit is not intended for using on 

animals.

ALIGNING THE BLADES

If the blades were removed for cleaning, 

replacement, they need to be aligned.

Align the blades on the flat and tighten the 

fastening screws. The lower blade should 

be projected forward, 1- 2 mm relatively the 

upper blade. If you could not align the blades, 

add several drops of oil (supplied) on the 

blades, switch on the unit for several minutes 

(30- 40 secк.), then switch off the unit and 

take the plug out of the socket. Slightly loose 

the fastening screws of the lower blade and 

align the blades. After aligning the blades do 

not forget to tighten the fastening screws of 

the lower blades.

LUBRICATING OIL

To maintain the unit in a good condition, you 

should lubricate the blades each time after 

haircut. Do not use plant oil or oil, which 

includes kerosene or other solvents. Solvents 

are subjected to evaporation, and the 

remaining thick oil can slow down the speed 

of the blades.

In time solvents evaporate and thick oil 

remains and will slow down the movement of 

the blades.

For lubricating the blades use only the oil, 

supplied with the unit.

BLADES MOVING LEVER

The blade moving lever is conveniently 

located under the thumb (if you are a right-

hander). During cutting hair you can move 

the blade, pressing the lever, adjusting 

the length of the hair without usage of the 

combs attachments. In the upper position of 

the lever, haircut will be the shortest. In the 

down position of the lever, the length of the 

cut hair is the same as when using the comb 

attachment 1 (3 mm). Changing the position 

of the lever while cutting hair, you can select 

the necessary length of the hair to cut.

If hair is pressed between the blades while 

cutting hair, to release them you should move 

the lever from the upper position to the down 

position several times, it will help to release 

the pressed hair, not removing the blades.

When the unit is switched on, move the lever 

several times from the “short haircut” position 

to the “long haircut” position, this way you can 

remove cut-off hair from the blades.

If during cutting the unit pulls hair, it means 

that the blades became dull, replace them 

with new ones.

INSTRUCTION ON MODELING A HAIRCUT

Before cutting switch on the unit and make 

sure that it operates without malfunction, the 

blades run smoothly; if there is much oil on 

the blades, remove it with a dry cloth.

During operation of the unit, constantly check 

the power cord, do not allow its multiple over 

twisting, regularly switch off the unit and 

straighten the power cord.

The head of the person whose hair you are 

cutting should be at the level of your eyes.

Cover the shoulders with a towel, comb the 

hair.

Reminder

Cut one-pass small amount of hair, if 

necessary return to the cut for additional 

haircut.

The best results are achieved while operating 

with dry, not wet hair.

START CUTTING

For the first time it is better to leave longer 

hair. With mastering the clipper you can 

model different haircuts yourself.

COMB ATTACHMENTS

The length of hair depends on the attachment

used:

Comb attachment 1 hair length 3mm

Comb attachment 2 hair length 6mm

Comb attachment 3 hair length 9 mm

Comb attachment 4 hair length 12mm
To set the comb attachment, asset the upper 

part of the attachment on the blade and 

press it until the clamp is clipped. To remove 

the comb, press the clamp and remove the 

attachment.
To achieve even haircut move the clipper 

along hair, do not move sharply, cut one-pass 

small amount of hair, if necessary return to 

the cut for additional haircut.

Remove cut hair from the blades of the unit.

Comb hair to find out uneven strands.

Step 1

Set the comb attachment 1 (3 mm) or 2 (6 

mm). Hold the unit in a way that the blades 

are directed upwards. Hold the clipper with 

its blades up. Start cutting in direction of hair 

growth (Pic. 1). Slowly move the clipper up. 

Cut hair from below back of the head and 

near ears.

Step 2

Switch off the unit, set the attachment for 

long hair 3 (9mm) or 4 (12 mm) and continue 

cutting hair near the crown of the head 

(pic.2).

Step 3 Cutting in the temple area

Switch off the unit, set the comb 1 (3 mm) 

or 2 (6 mm) and cut hair in the temple area. 

Then set the comb 3 (9 mm) or 4 (12 mm) 

and continue cutting in the direction to the 

crown of the head.

Step 4 Cutting in the frontal crown area

Using the comb 3 (9 mm) or 4 (12 mm), cut 

hair from the crown towards the top against 

the direction of hair growth (pic. 4). You can 

cut hair against hair growth and along hair 

growth, but bear it in mind that hair that is cut 

against hair growth will be shorter than that 

that is cut along hair growth.

Using the combs 1 (3 mm) and 2 (6 mm) for 

very short haircut. To leave longer hair, use 

the necessary comb 3 (9 mm) or 4 (12 mm).
