CUTTING A HOLE IN MATERIAL
•
Make a hole in processed material with 10 mm diameter.
•
Put blade into the hole and start cutting from that spot.
METAL CUTTING / TYPES OF BLADES
Use appropriate blades with more teeth for cutting of metal.
Use appropriate coolant when cutting metal. Cutting metal without
any coolant leads to faster wear of blade. The below table gives the
rough choices for blade type:

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Unplug the power cord from the mains socket before commencing
any activities related to installation, adjustment, repair or
maintenance.
•
Always keep the jigsaw clean.
•
Do not use water or any other liquid for cleaning.
•
Use a brush or a dry piece of cloth to clean the jigsaw.
•
Regular lubrication of guiding roller is recommended. A drop of oil
applied in this spot will prolong lifetime of the roller.
•
Clean ventilation holes regularly to prevent overheating of the
jigsaw motor.
•
In case of excessive commutator sparking have the technical
condition of carbon brushes of the motor checked by a qualified
person.
•
Store the jigsaw in a dry place, beyond reach of children.
REPLACEMENT OF CARBON BRUSHES
Replace immediately worn out (shorter than 5 mm), burnt or
cracked motor carbon brushes. Always replace both carbon
brushes at a time.
Entrust replacement of carbon brushes only to a qualified person.
Only original parts should be used.
All faults should be repaired by service workshop authorized by the
manufacturer.

Vor dem Betätigen des Hauptschalters prüfen Sie nach, dass die
Schweifsäge das Material nicht berührt.
•
Greifen Sie mit Ihrer Hand nach keinen rotierenden Elementen.
•
Vor dem Durchsägen von Fußböden, Wänden oder anderen
Materialien überprüfen Sie, dass sie keine elektrischen Leitungen
