Press the «ON» button, the light will come on, the process of heating water will begin. When the 
water boils, set the «ON» button to the «o» (OFF) position. 



If you want to stop the process of heating water, press the «OFF» button. 

PREPARING A COFFEE IN TURKISH 

With this device, you can make coffee for 3-4 people. As a measuring parameter, you can use a cup 
or the mark «MAX». 

• If you want to make coffee with an average amount of sugar per person, you should take 1 cup of 
water,  1  slice  of  sugar  and  1  spoon  of  Turkish  ground  coffee,  measuring  everything  with  the 
measuring spoon provided with the device. 

• At the same time mix coffee 1 or 2 times. 

•  When  the  coffee  starts  to  inflate,  turn  off  the  device  and  pour  a  small  amount  of  coffee  into  the 
cups (for foam). 

• Put the device back on the electrically powered base and turn on the coffee maker, then when the 
prepared coffee starts to inflate again, pour the coffee into cups. 

• Depending on your taste, coffee can be prepared in completely different proportions. 

• When the device is not in use or before proceeding with cleaning, disconnect the device from the 
power supply and allow it to cool. 

CLEANING AND CARE 

•  BEFORE  STARTING  CLEANING  THE  DEVICE,  PRESS  THE  «ON  /  OFF»  BUTTON  LOCATED  ON  THE 
DEVICE, DISCONNECT THE DEVICE FROM THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY AND MAKE IT FULLY COOL. 

• Pour out water from the device’s container, thoroughly wipe it from the inside with a dry or damp 
cloth. 

•  DO  NOT  immerse  the  base  with  electric  drive,  as  well  as  the  body  of  the  device  in  water;  Do  not 
wash them in the dishwasher. 

• Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners (liquid bleach, hydrochloric acid, etc.) when cleaning the 
accessories of the device. 

• Ensure that the power cord and plug are completely dry. If they get wet, disconnect the device 
from the power supply and wipe the power cord and plug dry. 

SCALE REMOVAL 

• It is very important for hygiene, as well as energy saving, to periodically remove scale from the 
device. 

• Minor lime and scale deposits can be easily removed with a brush (before this procedure, do not 
forget to disconnect the device from the power supply).
