COFFEE GRINDER

We  congratulate  you  on  having 

bought  the  device  under  trade 

name  “Saturn”.  We  are  sure  that

our  devices  will  be come  faithful 

and  reliable  assistance  in  your 

housekeeping.

Avoid 

extreme 

temperature 

changes. 

Rapid 

temperature 

change  (e.g.  when  the  unit  is 

moved  from  freezing  temperature 

to  a  warm  room)  may  cause 

condensation inside the unit  and a

malfunction  when  it  is  switched 

on.  In  this  case  leave  the  unit  at 

room  temperature  for  at  least  1.5 

hours before switching it on.

If  the  unit  has  been  in  transit, 

leave  it  indoors  for  at  least  1.5 

hours before starting operation.

The  appliance  complies  with 

technical  regulations  and  current 

standards.  It  is  designed  to  work  on 

an alternative current only.

When  first  using,  check  that  the 

mains  supply  corresponds  to  that 

shown  on  the  rating  plate  of  the 

appliance.  Do  not  place  the  appliance 

near  any  heat  source  which  could 

cause damage. Use the appliance on a 

dry  and  stable  work  surface,  away 

from water.

Do not immerse the appliance.

The  appliance  must  always  be 

unplugged  before  any  cleaning  or 

maintenance takes place.

Do  not  use  the  appliance  if:  the 

blade  is  deteriorated  or  the  appliance 

or  cord  is  damaged,  the  appliance  has 

been  dropped  and  is  visibly  damaged 

or  functions  abnormally.  In  these 

cases, have it checked by your nearest 

Service Centre before using again.

If  an  extension  lead  is  used,  it 

must be in good condition.

The  appliance  can  only  be  opened 

using  special  tools,  therefore,  for  any 

repairs,

which  does  not  comply  with  the 

operating instructions.

GRINDER INSTRUCTIONS

Before  using  for  the  first  time

: 

Wipe  the  metallic  bowl,  the  blade  and 

the lid with a dry duster. The appliance 

must be unplugged. 

1. Take  off  the  lid,  put  the  coffee 

beans 

into 

the 

metallic 

bowl 

(maximum  capacity:  65g).  The  blade 

is  removable;  be  sure  that  it  is  in 

place before adding the coffee beans.

2. Put the lid in place.

3. Plug in.

4. Hold  the  lid  on  firmly  with  one 

hand,  push  the  on  switch  with  the 

other  hand  until  the  desired  fineness 

of coffee is achieved.

Do  not  take  off  the  lid  until  the 

blade has completely stopped.

5. The  grindring  time  must  be  in 

relation  to  the  fineness  of  coffee 

required.

Coarse grind:  10 seconds.

-

Medium grind :  20-30 seconds

-

Fine grind : 40-60 seconds 

6. When  the  blade  has  stopped 

rotating,  unplug.  Take  off  the  lid  and 

then remove the ground coffee.

CLEANING

It  is  recommended  to  take  out  all  the 

powder  coffee  in  order  to  avoid  that 

the  residue  coffee  effect  the  grinding 

quality  and  aroma  of  next  use. Clean 

up steps as follow:

1. Unplug

2.  Clean  up  the  inside  metallic  bowl 

with dry dish cloth.  Don’t use water to 

clean.

3. Take  out  the  blade  by  turning  it 

anti-clockwise  with  special  tool.  Or 

clean the blade by a brush.

4. Clean the metallic bowl with a damp 

sponge.
