1.  Turn the head of the device slightly to the right 

and remove the head.

2.  Hold the miniature blade under 

running water so that the stream 

of water runs over the razor 

blade.

3.  Leave the miniature blade to dry completely 

before you reattach it to the device.

Cleaning the comb attachment

Blow on the comb attachment after the application 

in order to clean it of hair. Fine hairs can also be 

removed with your fingers.

To clean the comb attachment particularly thorough-

ly, you can rinse it under running water. 

Proceed as follows:

1.  Pull the comb attachment off the device.
2.  Hold the comb attachment under running water.
3.  Leave the comb attachment to dry completely 

before you reattach it to the device.

– Ensure that no water enters the device. If this 

should happen, do not use the device again until 

it has fully dried out.

– Protect the device from impacts, moisture, dust, 

chemicals, marked temperature fluctuations and 

nearby sources of heat (ovens, heaters).

– Clean the device after use with a soft, slightly damp 

cloth. If it is very dirty, you can also moisten the 

cloth with a mild soapy solution. Do not use any 

abrasive cleaning products.

9. Disposal

For environmental reasons, do not dispose 

of the device in the household waste at the 

end of its service life. Dispose of the device 

at a suitable local collection or recycling point in 

your country. Dispose of the device in accordance 

with EC Directive – WEEE (Waste Electrical and 

Electronic Equipment). If you have any questions, 

please contact the local authorities responsible for 

waste disposal.

Batteries must not be disposed of in the household 

waste. They may contain poisonous heavy metals 

and are subject to special refuse treatment.
