Dear Buyer! 

We  congratulate  you  on  having 

bought  the  device  under  trade 

name  “Saturn”.  We  are  sure  that 

our  devices  will  become  essential 

and  reliable  assistance  in  your 

housekeeping. 

Avoid  extreme  temperature  chang-

es.  Rapid  temperature  change  (e.g. 

when  the  unit  is  moved  from  freez-

ing  temperature  to  a  warm  room) 

may  cause  condensation  inside  the 

unit  and  a  malfunction  when  it  is 

switched  on.  In  this  case  leave  the 

unit  at  room  temperature  for  at 

least  1.5  hours  before  switching  it 

on. 

If the unit has been in transit, leave 

it  indoors  for  at  least  1.5  hours  be-

fore starting operation.

Before  commissioning  this  device 

please  read  the  instruction  manual 

carefully.



Please  keep  these  instructions,  the 

guaranty  certificate,  the  sales  re-

ceipt  and,  if  possible,  the  carton 

with the inner packaging!



The  device  is  intended  exclusively 

for  private  and  not  for  commercial 

use!



Always  remove  the  plug  from  the 

socket  whenever  the  device  is  not 

in  use,  when  attaching  accessory 

parts,  cleaning  the  device  or 

whenever  a  disturbance  occurs. 

Switch  off  the  device  beforehand. 

Pull on the plug, not on the cable.



Consequently,  when  selecting  the 

location  for  your  device,  do  so  in 

such  a  way  that  children  do  not 

have  access  to  the  device.  Take 

care  to  ensure  that  the  cable  does 

not hang down.



Test the device and the cable regu-

larly  for  damage.  If  there  is  dam-

age  of  any  kind,  the  device  should 

not be used.



Do  not  repair  the  device  yourself, 

but  rather  consult  an  authorised 

expert.



For  safety  reasons  broken  or  dam-

aged  mains  lead  may  only  be  re-

placed  by  an  equivalent  lead  from 

the  manufacturer,  our  customer 

service  department  or  a  similarly 

qualified person.



Keep  the  device  and  the  cable 

away  from  heat,  direct  sunlight, 

moisture,  sharp  edges  and  such-

like.



Never  use  the  device  unsuper-

vised!  Switch  off  the  device  when-

ever  you  are  not  using  it,  even  if 

this is only for a moment.



Use only original accessories.



Do not use the device outdoors.



Under  no  circumstances  must  the 

device  be  placed  in  water  or  other 

liquid,  or  come  into  contact  with 

such.    Do  not  use  the  device  with 

wet or moist hands.



Should the device become moist or 

wet,  remove  the  mains  plug  from 

the socket immediately. 



Use  the device only  for  the  intend-

ed purpose.

Service  life  –  3  years.  Before  putting 

into operation shelf life is unlimited. 

 
Special Safety Instructions  



Use only cold water when filling.



The  water  level  must  be  between 

the MAX. and MIN. marks!



Switch  the  appliance  off  before 

removing it from the base.



Always ensure that the lid is tightly 

closed.



The  base  and  exterior of  the  appli-

ance must not become wet

 
First Use  

Before  using  the  appliance  for  the  first 

time  water  should  be  boiled  in  it  twice 

without any additives.

1. Place the appliance on a flat surface.

2.  Fill  the  kettle  with  water.  Do  not 

overfill! Use the water level indicator.

3. Place the kettle flush on the base.

4. Electrical connection

Check  whether  the  electrical  voltage 

that  you  intend  to  use  is  the  same  as 

that  of  the  appliance.  Details  are  to  be 

found on the label on the base. 

5.  Switch  the  appliance  to  position  1  . 

The  control  lamp  on  the  water  level  in-

dicator  shows  that  the  water  is  being 

boiled.

6.  After  boiling  the  appliance  switches 

off automatically.
