ELECTRIC KETTLE

Dear Bu yer!

We  congratulate  you  on  having 

bought  the  device  under  t rade  

name  “Saturn”.  We  are  sure  that 

our  devices  will  become  fa ithful 

and  reliable  assistance  in  your 

housekeeping.

Avoid extreme tempe rature 

changes. Rapid temperature 

change (e.g. when the unit is 

moved from freezing tempe rature 

to a warm  room) may cause 

condensation inside the unit and a 

malfunction when it is switched 

on. In this case leave the unit at 

room temperature for at least 1. 5 

hours before switching it on.

If the unit has been in transit, 

leave it indoors for at least 1. 5 

hours before starting operation.

The kettle is only to be used 

with the stand provided. If the kettle is 

overfilled, the boiling water may be over 

spilled.

2.

If the supply cord is damaged, 

it must be replaced by the 

manufacturer, its service agent or 

similarly qualified persons in order to 

ensure proper safety measures taken.

3.

This kettle is not intended for 

use by persons (including children) with 

handicap physical, mental capabilities, 

or lack of experience and knowledge, 

unless they have been given supervision 

or instruction concerning use of the 

appliance by a person responsible for 

their safety. Children should be 

supervised to ensure that they do not 

play with the appliance at all times. 

CAUTION

1.

Always disconnect from the main 

supply before boiling or emptying the 

kettle and always switch off power 

point, when not in use.

2.

Never immerse kettle or power 

base in water or allow water to come 

into contact with the terminal pins.

3.

If the kettle should be accidentally 

switched on without water, an automatic 

safety cut-out will switch off the kettle. 

Unplug power base from the main 

supply and allow the kettle to be cool 

slowly. Do not attempt to cool the unit 

by pouring water into it. When it has 

cooled the cut-out will reset and the 

kettle may be refilled with water ready 

for use.

Do not allow power base cord to 

overhang bench or table or touch hot 

surfaces.

5.

Do not allow children to operate 

kettle or leave children unsupervised 

near this or any other electrical 

products.

6.

Do not use kettle on open flame or 

hotplate.

7.

Upon finding any damage on the 

power soft cord, it must be replaced by 

the manufacturer or professional 

technician.

8.

Service life 2 years.

TO FILL

Fill to maximum level as marked on 

outside body of the kettle.

DO NOT OVERFILL

As water may overflow upon boiling.

TO BOIL

1.

Ensure desired amount of water is 

in the kettle.

2.

Plug power base load into proper 

AC power point and place kettle into 

position on the power base.

3.

Switch power point on and turn the 

reset button on upper position to start 

boiling function.

4.

Kettle will be automatically cut-off 

when water boils.

CLEANING

1.

When cleaning inside of kettle, fill 

kettle with water, then add 5 ml of white 

vinegar to boil for 5-10 minutes.

2.

Switch off, remove plug, empty 

kettle, then re-clean at least three times 

to remove particles.

SERVICE

Should the kettle fail to operate, check 

the connector plug whether it is fully 

inserted of that the main fuses are not 

blown, that there is sufficient water to 

cover the element and that automatic 

cut-out has reset.
