Never use the metal 
chopper to grind very 
hard ingredients such as 
nutmeg, Chinese rock 
sugar and ice cubes.

Do not touch the cutting 
edges of the metal 
chopper blade unit when 
you clean it. They are 
very sharp and you could 
easily cut your fingers on 
them.

Caution

• 

Never use the metal 
chopper for more than 
30 seconds without 
interruption.

Always let the appliance 
cool down to room 
temperature after each 
batch you process.

The metal chopper is not 
suitable for chopping raw 
meat. Use chopper (if 
provided) instead.
