Cleaning the grease filter
The grease filter should be cleaned weekly with normal use, or once every
two weeks at a minimum. If properly cared for, a grease filter should provide
unlimited years of service.

After cleaning, hold the
button depressed for at least 5 seconds.
– The display goes out.
The accumulation of grease in the grease filter can present an
increased fire hazard.
For washing in a dishwasher, select
an «intensive» or «heavy» wash –
with a warm pre-wash.
Cleaning may cause the grease filter
to become discoloured. However, this
will not affect the functioning of the
filter in any way.
