Cooling wine

The  wine  cooler  enables  you  to  bring  your  wines  gradually  and 

evenly to the right temperature for drinking in 6 different temperature 

zones.The table on the left indicates the temperature settings in 

each compartment, which are pre-set in the factory. The appliance 

is delivered with the grid shelves in the right positions to achieve 

these temperatures.
If you change the setting on the 

temperature  control,  the  tem-

perature will only change in the 

bottom four compartments. If the 

temperature control is set higher 

(e.g. 1 - 1,5), the lower compart-

ments will become warmer. If the 

temperature control is set lower 

(3,5 - max.), the lower compart-

ments will be cooler. 

Interior light in appliances with glass door

The interior light is fitted on the inside at the top. It can be switched 

on and off by pressing the switch S. 

To change the tube 

Pull  out  the  mains  plug  or 

remove/unscrew the fuse.
•  Unscrew the cover panel.

•  Change the fluorescent tube.

•  Replace  cover  panel  and 

screw into place.

If the interior light still does not 

work after you have changed the 

bulb, please consult your near-

est customer service point.

Air exchange with activated charcoal filter

The  way  in  which  wines  con-

tinue to mature depends on the 

ambient conditions. The quality 

of the air is therefore decisive 

for preserving the wine. 

We  recommend  that  you  re-

place  the  filter  once  a  year. 

Filters  can  be  obtained  from 

your dealer. 

Changing the filter: 

Take  the  filter  by  the  handle. 

Turn  it  90°  to  the  left  or  right 

and remove.

Inserting the filter: 

Insert with the handle in a verti-

cal position. Turn it 90° to the left 

or right until it clicks into place.

Labels 

The  appliance  is  supplied 

with a label holder with labels 

for  each  shelf.  Use  these  to 

label  the  type  of  wine  stored 

on each shelf. 
Additional  labels  can  be  ob-

tained from your dealer. 
Fitting: 

Click  the  label  holder  into 

place  and  slide  the  label  in 

from the side.

Storing and cooling wine

You can use the bottom compartments for storing wines for long 

periods of time. 

The following graphs indicate the settings you should use for this 

and other uses.

Temperature control set to 2-3

 for cooling red wine

 + 16 °C < > + 18 °C
 for storing wine

 + 9 °C < > + 15 °C

 for cooling white wine

 + 6 °C < > + 8 °C

Temperature control set to 3,5 - max.

Temperature control set to 1 - 1,5

 for storing wine

 + 9 °C < > + 15 °C

 for cooling red wine

 + 16 °C < > + 18 °C

 for storing wine

 + 8 °C < > + 14 °C

 for cooling red wine

 + 16 °C < > + 18 °C

 for cooling white wine

 + 4 °C < > + 7 °C
