IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
•
Please read all instruction manuals before use and
save it for future references.
•
For home use only. Do not use for industrial or
commercial purposes.
•
Do not shock the scale with sudden loading or
striking.
•
Do not overload the scale.
•
Never immerse the body in water.
•
Batteries may be life-threatening if swallowed.
•
Store the batteries and the scale out of the reach of
children. The person who swallowed a battery,
•
should immediately consult a doctor.
•
Do not allow wrapping material getting into the
hands of children (choking hazard).
•
It is forbidden to recharge or restore batteries in
other manner, disassemble them, or throw into fire.
•
If the product has been exposed to temperatures
below 0ºC for some time it should be kept at room
temperature for at least 2 hours before turning it
on.
•
The manufacturer reserves the right to introduce
minor changes into the product design without prior
notice, unless such changes influence significantly
the product safety, performance, and functions.
WEIGHING
•
Insert two batteries (type AAA) into the battery
compartment located on the rear side of scales,
observing polarity. Close the compartment. The
appliance is ready for operation.
•
Place the scales on a firm, level surface. Do not
place the scales on any soft surface.
•
Depress the scales with your hand to switch them
on.
•
Wait until the indication "0" and the icon
appears on the display.
•
Place an object to be weighed on the scales, and
wait until the correct weight is displayed.
HOW TO SELECT UNITS OF MEASUREMENT
•
By default, the scales display weight in grams (g)
and volume in milliliters (ml). To change units of
measurement to pounds (lb) and ounces (oz),
press the measuring unit selector button located on
the rear side of the scales.
ZERO SETTING
•
To determine weight of different objects one by
one, without removal of the objects, press the
ZERO/MODE button. After the button is pressed,
the
icon will be displayed.
HOW TO MEASURE VOLUME
•
To determine the volume of liquid, select the type
of liquid first.
•
Switch the scales on and press the ZERO/MODE
button. To select water, press the ZERO/MODE
button again. The
icon will be displayed. To
select milk, press and hold the ZERO/MODE
button for three seconds. The
icon will be
displayed.
•
Place an empty bowl on the scales.
•
Press the ZERO/MODE button to set weight of the
bowl to zero. The display will show "0".
•
Pour the liquid which volume is to be measured
into the bowl.
•
Volume of the liquid expressed in milliliters will be
displayed.
AUTOMATIC TURN-OFF
•
If the display shows «0» or the same weight
reading for 1 minutes, the scale will automatically
turn off.
OVERLOAD INDICATOR
•
When the scale is overloaded, the display shows
«Err».
BATTERY REPLACING
•
Replace the battery when the display shows «Lo».
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
•
Wipe the scale with a soft cloth and cleaner, and
then dry it.
•
Do not use any organic solvents, aggressive
chemicals and abrasives.
STORAGE
•
Complete all requirements of chapter
MAINTENANCE AND CARE.
•
Do not put anything on scale when not in use.
•
Keep the scale in a dry cool place.

Не подвергайте весы ударным нагрузкам.
•
Не перегружайте весы.
•
Не погружайте весы в воду.
•
При попадании в пищеварительный тракт
батарейки могут представлять опасность для
жизни.
•
Храните батарейки и весы в недоступном для
детей месте. Лицу, проглотившему батарейку,
следует незамедлительно обратиться к врачу.
•
Не допускайте попадания упаковочного
материала в руки детей (опасность удушья).
•
Запрещается заряжать или иными способами
восстанавливать батарейки, разбирать их,
бросать в огонь.
•
Если изделие некоторое время находилось при
температуре ниже 0ºC, перед включением его
следует выдержать в комнатных условиях не
менее 2 часов.
•
Производитель оставляет за собой право без
дополнительного уведомления вносить
незначительные изменения в конструкцию
изделия, кардинально не влияющие на его
безопасность, работоспособность и
функциональность.
ВЗВЕШИВАНИЕ
•
Соблюдая полярность, вставьте в специальный
отсек на обратной стороне весов две батарейки
типа AAA. Закройте отсек. Весы готовы к
работе.
•
Установите весы на твердую горизонтальную
поверхность. Не размещайте весы на мягких
поверхностях.
•
Чтобы включить весы, нажмите на них рукой.
•
Дождитесь пока на дисплее загорится «0» и
появится значок
