The  Wa rran ty is pro vided f or  the  period of  2 years or mo re if t he Law o n Use r R ight 
of  the  cou nt ry  whe re  the  applian ce  wa s  bought  provid es  for  a gre ater minimum 
warranty period .
All te rms of warranty comply w ith to the Law on Protection of t he Con sume r 
Righ ts  and  are  gove rned  by  t he  leg islat ion  of  t he  count ry  w here  t he  prod uct 
was bought.
The w arran ty and f ree of cha rge repa ir are provided in any cou nt ry whe re the 
produ ct is delivered to by Sat urn H ome Applian ces o r auth orized rep rese ntat ive 
there of, and whe re no rest rict ion of import o r ot her leg al pro visio ns int erfere w ith 
rendering of warranty serv ice s and free of cha rge rep air.

The p rod uct has become in opera ble be cau se of t he Buyer’s n on- obse rva nce 

of the service regulations indicated in the inst ru ct ion .

(except f or t he mo dels, sp ecially in tended fo r t his p urp o se that is indicat ed in the 
instructio n) .
4.

The produ ct ha s external mechan ica l damage or damage ca used b y 

penetration of the liquid inside, du st, inse cts and othe r foreign obje cts.
5.

The prod uct h as da mages ca used by non -ob serva nce of the rules of po we r 

supply from b atte rie s, main s or accumu lat ors.
6.

The produ ct was expo sed to openin g, rep air o r modif ica tion of design by th e 

person s, u na uth orized t o repair; indepe nden t clea nin g of in terna l  me ch anisms 
etc. was made.
7.

The prod uct has nat u ral wear of parts w ith limited service life, expend able s 

etc.

The prod uct ha s depo sits of scale in side or out side of fire-ba r elemen ts, 

irre spe ct ive of u sed water q uality.

The p rodu ct has damages cau sed by effect of high (low) tempe rat ures o r fire 

on non-he at resistant pa rt s of the product.

The produ ct has da mages of a cce ssories and n ozzles which a re included int o 

the comple te set of pro du ct shipme nt (filte rs, grid s, bags, fla sks, cups, covers, 
knifes, sea ling rin gs, graters, disks, plates, tube s, ho ses, bru she s, a nd also po wer 
cord s, h eadphone co rds et c. ).

Záruka   se   po skytu je   na   d obu   2   roky.   V   případě    že   Zákon   na   ochra nu 
spot řebitele  da né  země  na řizu je  delší  d obu,  prodlu žu je  se  zá ruka  na  tut o 
dobu .
Veškeré záruční po dmínky odpovíd a jí Zákonu o och ra ně práv uživa telů a jsou 
řízené zákon odárstvím státu , kde byl výrobek koupen.
Záruka  a  be zpla tná  opra va  se  p oskytu jí  v  každé m  státě,  kam  jsou  vý robky 
dodané    sp olečností  „S atu rn    Ho me  Applian ce s“ neb o  jejím  zp ln omo cně ný m 
zá stup ce m  a  kde  ne jso u  žád ná  ome zení  na  dovoz  n ebo  jiné  právní  předpisy 
ome zu jící poskyt nu tí záručn ího serv isu a bezpla tné opra vy.
