Why does the watch fail to receive notification push?
1.Android:
(a)Ensure that you have switched on the notification push on the
APP; (b)Ensure that notifications can be normally displayed on the
mobile notification bar because the watch always reads notifications
on the mobile notification bar prior to push; if there isn’t any
notification on the mobile notification bar, the watch will fail to
receive and push notifications;(mobile settings – notification settings
– turn on the notification switch of WeChat, QQ, telephone and
message) (c)Turn on the auxiliary function settings of the watch client
(mobile settings – auxiliary function – turn on the auxiliary function
settings of the watch client)
2.IOS:
(a)Check whether the notification switch has been turned on
on the mobile client; (b)Check whether all notifications can be
normally displayed on the mobile notification bar (mobile settings –
notification settings - turn on the notification switch of WeChat, QQ,
telephone and message).
