The trimmer head is a Tap’n Go system:
Gently bump the head of the spool (

) on
a firm surface, while activating the
trimmer at full speed.
This will release additional nylon line from
the spool.
Surplus line will be cut off by the knife on
the shield.
Nylon head
Change the nylon line like this:
Use a approx. 10 metre long piece of trimmer
line. Hold it double. Place the middle in the
groove. Roll on the line in each chamber. Make
sure the lines do not cross. If so they will get
stuck. Roll to the right, looking down.
Press the line through the holes in the
trimmerhead (
7
).
Push the line through the holes in each side.
Make sure the spring fits.
Fit the spool cover and pull hard at the end of
each end of the line to make it get into place.
