Programme groups
The programmes described as follows
are not available on every machine.
Pressing the symbol button
the menu of the respective programme
group is called up.
Sportswear, outdoor
The sportswear programmes are suita-
ble for weather gear, sports and leisure
jackets as well as modern clothing made
of microfibre or with a high microfibre
content, e.g. Gore-Tex or SympaTex.

Only use mild detergents, for GoreTex
and SympaTex, too.
►
Add liquid detergent to a dosing ball and
place it into the drum with your laundry.
Notice
Do not use fabric softener. This can
block the breathable membranes and
prevent successful subsequent impreg-
nation.
Pre-treating stains
Heavy stains e.g. fat, sun cream, lipstick
or cosmetics, require suitable pre-treat-
ment:

Rub liquid gentle detergent directly into
the stain with your fingers. Do not scrub
(Risk of damage to the fabric!).

Leave to work for around 5 minutes and
then wash the items in the washing
machine.
Impregnating
To prepare the laundry for impregnation,
it must first be washed clean and rinsed
with cleaning vinegar:
►
Add the laundry.
►
Add the detergent.
►
Pour the cleaning vinegar into
com-
partment
, until it reaches the
marking
max
.
►
Run the programme
Sportswear,
outdoor
.
►
Immediately after the washing
programme is completed, start the
Impregnating
programme.
►
Add 3,5 dl impregnants at the same
time the water runs in into
compart-
ment
.
►
After impregnation in the washing
machine, the laundry shall be dried
completely at the maximum admissible
temperature for the respective textiles.
Notice
Microfibre fabrics, GoreTex and Sympa-
Tex should only be treated with special
impregnation products designed for
them.m. Otherwise, there is a risk that
the breathable membranes become
clogged.
