Our service number 0844 888 222 can be 
reached Monday to Friday from 8 am –  
12 pm  and  1 pm – 5 pm. 
Please make a note of the error message 
F –– and the product and appliance 
number of your washing machine. You 
will find this information on the type 
label on the inside of the maintenance 
hatch.

Spare parts and accessories for your 
appliance can be obtained for at least 
10 years after the purchase of the ma-
chine via our customer service.

If repairs have been undertaken by some-
one who is not authorised by Schulthess, 
there is no entitlement to guarantee 
services or product liability benefits for 
subsequent damage. This also applies 
if parts have been attached or installed 
which have not been expressly approved 
by Schulthess. 

Schulthess cannot be held responsible 
for damage which occurs following a 
failure to observe the safety instructions 
and warnings.
